Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

Good size of a room for family.
Wish were cleaned everyday. We had to ask for fresh towels frequently.
TV s are not smart and this is old fashioned for these days.

Great food, great cleaning staff, good customer service with all the staff. Pool was amazing….will definitely return.

Everything was a vibe. I appreciate staff everyone was kind. The breakfast was hot. I loved that they had turkey sausages and the room was very clean

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Mount Laurel for two nights and I was thoroughly impressed. I've stayed there before and have come to expect this. Check-in process was efficient and front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Connor was particularly helpful and welcoming. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! Our problem was the signage at the entrance to the hotel. We arrived late...close to midnight. The hotel is tucked far back from the road, so when tracking ended and told us we were at the hotel but we could not see it. We drove around for close to an hour until we found it.

As we were leaving the next day we saw the sign for the hotel. When you are driving around in the dark and the sign is not lite up, it can become pretty frustrating. Could you please put some bells and whistles on the sign? I wonder if we were the only folks who had problems finding the sign/place?

Didn't get the room i asked for and staff was so rude about it

Our stay was excellent! Greeted everyday with warm smiles. Breakfast was superb. Fresh foods. A good variety for everyone.

Hotel was great, super smooth! Checkin was early and easy on the app; for once the digital key worked too! Breakfast was great, staff was super kind, and Zina at the front desk had a wonderful upbeat attitude!

Black mold in shower. When asleep with my family our room began to fill with the smell of cigarettes smoke through the vents. No manager on site and was refused a new room and offered room air spray and a very little money off less than 1/6 of the cost of the room. The refusal was because I booked the room through Hotels.com (third party site). I had to call Hilton directly to complain and again was told because I booked through a 3rd party site there’s not much they can do. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from hotels.com we had to leave the hotel within a few hours of arrival to another hotel for better conditions and service. Absolutely horrible and has discouraged me from booking using hotels.com

Good hotel, nice area and good breakfast. My only problem was: I came with my family: my wife and son. And for my surprise I got just ONE bed for three people. It was a sofa which is horrible. And I heard the ungrateful phrase: “Unfortunately, there’s nothing that I can do!” in the front office.
But, next time I’ll check earlier if my online reservation match with the real deal.

Some people have complained about bedbugs. We did not experience that here and first ran into the room and inspected the sheets upon arrival.
The pool water was translucent and didn’t understand that for a non-heated pool. Didn’t risk that. There was a queen bed and sofa bed. Placement of sofa bed was in the middle for viewing the TV but also blocked any path aside from climbing over the bed. Not great if youre not with family. So 4 people max in the queen suite. Hell no for 5 or six adults.

Nice place to stay. Would stay there again given the opportunity. Bathroom needs some small things done but nothing major. Staff was amazingly friendly!

I always enjoy my stay here. I wish they would make the water a little hotter for the shower and clean and change the shower head.

Pool room just needs to be warmer

I had been coming to this location for many years however this is the first time since 2020. I was saddened to see the deterioration of the property and the rooms. Furniture was worn and dirty. Shower had rust stains. Housekeeping was lazy.
I will not stay there again unless it is totally refurbished.

The property is located in a convenient area, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was closed during our entire, 1-night stay. Disappointing since my son was hoping to swim. Also, the men’s bathroom stall on the main level was out-of-order, and the breakfast was less than satisfying. The eggs did not taste fresh, and there weren’t great breakfast options.
