Our stay was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, elegant, and very well maintained, with high-quality amenities that made the experience even more enjoyable.
We would especially like to thank Annick and Genise, who were exceptional throughout our stay — attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience from day one.
We were also very well taken care of by the housekeeping staff, who were always thoughtful, discreet, and attentive to every detail in the room. It is clear that the team genuinely cares about providing comfort and well-being to their guests.

It’s well preserved . Food is good as well .
The concierge iis not verry helpfull with the guest . I resuested an iphone changer and was not possible. However , i asked some to buy one for me they said that they could not it .
Lastly , i asked someone to buy some paraccetamol and they refused . Wondering what for tyeu have a concierge for ?

المكان مودرن وراق وهو صعب تحصله في فنادق اوروبا التصميم العصري وليس الاوروبي الكلاسيك
الخدمة كانت رائعة وتشعر انك في فندق خمس نجوم
المكان بعيد شوي عن الاماكن الحية لكن مع ذلك هو قريب من Ciutadella park وهي حديفة قريبة من الحي القوطي احرصوا تزورونها كذلك الحي القوطي تقدرون تروحونه مشي بالاقدام 18 دقيقة تقريبا
