Please note that reservations are paid on arrival, except for nonrefundable rates which are paid at the time of booking. In the event of early departure, guests should notify the property at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise the hotel will charge an additional 2 nights' fee. Restaurant buffet with breakfast service from 7:30 to 10:30, lunch with show cooking from 13:00-15:00, and dinner with showcooking from 18:30-21:30.

La ubicación inmejorable, con salida directa a la playa. Todo el personal muy amable. Las camas muy cómodas y por la noche silencioso, da placer despertarse y mirar esas vistas por el balcón. Nos ha encantado!!!

The staff was very attentive and helpful, to the extent it was possible. The request to swap to a different room was promptly accommodated for.
Our booking had breakfast included, and the food itself was ok but definitely not a 4-star level.
It was easy to find free parking just next to the hotel.
The rooms are shoebox-sized (but I can't complain here too much as the room size was clearly advertised). The room standard is a far cry from 4*, it's a 3* at best.
We first got a sea view room on the first floor which was a disaster. The seaview was a joke (a tiny ribbon of water was visible indeed but mostly it was a view on a dilapidated and defunct tennis court and a walkway). In the morning the smell from the kitchen just below was unbearable.
That changed when we swapped the room to the 6th floor, where the sea view was expected, and we didn't have kit hen smells.
However, in both rooms the sound isolation is horrible. You hear literally everything from the neighboring rooms.
The included breakfast did not correspond to a 4* standard. Buffet items were frequently missing, and when the crowd went through them they looked as if hit by a hurricane.
On top of that, the crowd and noise during breakfast were unbearable. The breakfast room seemed undersized for the number of rooms because there was all the time a long line just to get breakfast.
Last but not least - the free internet was only working late at night or early morning. During the day it was connecting but so slow that it was unusable.

Bed was too hard, tv didn’t work and needed a different remote, heating did not work in hotel was cold and needed 2 blankets to sleep with.

Zimno, nie działało ogrzewanie, podczas posiłków personel chodzi i pilnuje jak żandarmeria, niezbyt czysto, wolne windy i to bardzo utrudniało czas tam. Jedzenie niesmaczne , wszystko praktycznie odgrzewane mrożonki bez smaku. Soki i mleko rozcieńczane z wodą. Dużo by wymieniać.

Nosotros venimos fuera de temporada y era muy económico, por esto le pongo un 9. Pero la verdad si pagaría 4 veces más en verano creo que mi opinión no sería así. La habitación dejó mucho que desear pero igual no afectó nuestra estancia . Lo pasamos de 10
La habitación la verdad que era mucho que desear tenía muchas imperfecciones. Hacía un frío que nos congelábamos nos dieron un pequeño calentador y 3 matas esto si . Estaban en arreglos por todo hotel como era una semana antes de Semana Santa .
