Very disappointed! A stressful holiday made worse by poor customer service and inadequate standards.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for the price. Our first room had an air conditioning leak which left water all over the floor, creating a slipping hazard for our toddler. We were initially told there were no other rooms available and only after around an hour of complaining were we moved. The replacement room then had a blocked sink for three days before it was repaired. The food was basic, lacked variety for a hotel of this size and often didn’t taste fresh. Drinks choice was limited. Housekeeping was poor – beds were simply made, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and the sheets were never changed during our stay despite my toddler staining them. One morning, after arriving late for breakfast, a member of staff tried to take my plate away before realising the food would simply be thrown away. When my daughter became ill during our stay, the manager told me to “use some common sense” instead of showing empathy. We were also told to clean up the vomit ourselves as there was no evening housekeeping, only the offer of a bucket and mop. The area around the main pool was extremely slippery, and I saw several children, including mine, slip over. Overall, many staff were unfriendly, customer service was poor, and the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I would not return.

Great location with plenty of parking

The location for an overnight stay. Desk staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The lifts. Very slow to respond to buttons. One lift stuck on level 2. Lifts too small.
The restaurant is too much a Bun fight.

velmi pekny hotel priamo pri verejnej plazi, izby pekne a moderne, dostatok priestoru, velmi blizko bola nakupna zona aj zastavka verejneho autobusu

strava bola jednotvarnejsia ale dalo sa vybrat kazdy den nieco ine, upratovanie izieb bolo menej frekventne

das Hotel lebt nur von seiner idealen Lage direkt am Strand, am Pool hast Du das Gefühl von Badeanstalt ohne Niveau,
der Betrieb der 4 Aufzüge bei 9 Etagen ist ein No-Go !!! die stehen irgendwo oder fahren an deiner Etage vorbei, wir waren zum Glück in der 3. Etage, sind immer gelaufen und selbst am Abreisetag haben wir unsere Koffer nach unten getragen,
der gesamte Betrieb ist eine Massenabfertigung!!!! Billig-Urlaub, die Außen-Anlagen total veraltet und zum Teil verrottet (z.B. alte Minigolfanlage und alter Sportplatz), die Gäste liegen mit Ihren Füßen auf den Sitzflächen der 'Lounge'-Möbel usw.
die Zimmer sind viel zu eng, man kann mit dem Koffer nicht zwischen Bett und Ablage-Brett durch, für korpulente Menschen und/oder mit Behinderung ganz schlecht, Paare mit kleinen Kindern haben die Kinderwagen auf dem Flur abgestellt, weil kein Platz im Zimmer ist.... Keine Ablageflächen im Zimmer, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet
Speisesaal laut, voll - wie Kantine !!!! Wir hatten zwar mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aufgrund der Situation drauf verzichtet und sind am Strand zum Frühstücken !
Am Abreisetag waren die Batterien im Safe leer, ging nicht mehr zu öffnen.......

O atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza, camas confortáveis a proximidade da praia tudo estava ótimo.

Poloha bola dobra - blizko plaze. Jedine pozitivum, aj ked ta plaz po 12 hodine bola dost spinava, ale tak bolo tam velmi vela ludi.

Cons:

Absolutny hluk v izbe - dvere do izby vyrobene z papiera, este dokonca pod dverami poriadne prah nie je urobeny (v kazdej izbe to tak je), takze pocujete vsetko aj o 5 izieb dalej. S dietatom som to naozaj privitala (pisem ironicky). A izba extremne mala pre 3 ludi.
Zistili sme, ze si mozeme zobrat plazove uteraky az na treti den - nikto nam to na recepcii nepovedal na zaciatku. Za uteraky treba dat cash zalohu. Nemozete si to napisat na izbu ako ktorykolvek normalny hotel....musela som bezat 2x aby som tych 10 euro v hotovosti niekde zohnala na jeden stary plazovy uterak. Nemali sme all inclusive a ked sme si chceli kupit v hotelovom bare pitie, tak namiesto toho, aby to uctovali na izbu a mali sme pohodlie a zaplatili by sme to pri check oute, sme museli mat peniaze stale pri sebe aj ked sme mali len plavky. Nie je to daka katastrofa, ale pre nas ako ked ideme na dovolenku su tieto veci bariera.

Vecera bola tak zla, ze sme nakoniec chodili do restauracii vonku, kde kvalitne navarili. Ja rozumiem, ze je to obrovsky hotel, ale za tu cenu s tou masou ludi....je to naozaj all inclusive hotel len pre ludi, co chcu all inclusive a je im jedno, ze piju vino z plastovych poharov.

Bohuzial tento hotel nebudeme odporucat a tiez sa uz do neho nevratime. Pomer cena/vykon je na hroznej urovni. Neverim, ze som za 4 dni zaplatila 1000 eur.
