Stolen medication
Pros:

Staying here for work currently and medication was stolen out of my room. I take my ADHD medication and painkillers to work so they are not stolen but I didn't not know gabapentin is something that anyone would have interest in stealing however I was proven wrong.

Initially when I went down to notify the front desk they asked me where I keep my medication so I told them.

The second time I went down to say I would be phoning the police if it wasn't returned they claimed that the medication was seen by housekeeping exactly where I told them I left it when they asked.

The housekeeper must coincidentally have a phenomenal memory to remember the exact location of one bottle of pills in one room out of all the ones they had cleaned that day. I will be calling the police tomorrow.

I would like a main floor room wirh easy access outside when I have my dog. Also hotels that are pet- friendly offer dog treats at counter.

We like this Hotel with its underground parking.
Pros:

The room was a good size. It was a room with two queen beds. We have stayed at this hotel previously as it is located close-by where our son and daughter-in-law live. Good TV size and complimentary wii-fi connection. The underground parkade was great to use especially in the cold winter weather. This is a basic but nice hotel to spend a few nights in. It doesn't have breakfast included, but there is an attached restaurant. We did not use the restaurant so we can't comment on the food.

Cons:

The heating system is noisy. It cycles between warming the room and then it cools the room if the temperature gets too high. We shut the system off at night to have a quieter sleep. Also, we were on the 3rd floor; so it took awhile for hot water to come out of the sink tap. Perhaps a lower floor would have quicker hot water in the sink?

Pros:

Staff is mediocre and will argue you for your license plate. Your key car may randomly get deactivated (probably due to a magnet) and you’ll have to go to the desk numerous times for them to reactivate. Surrounding area is a bit rough and hotel room cleanliness is below average.
