Close location to what i needed. Breakfast was okay. Gym and pool are open but very small and only big enough for 1 family, so I didn't end up using.
Lots of renovations are going on. Bed was very uncomfortable, and it seemed a little sup par for a Hampton. If I was aware of renovations, I would have stayed next door at the Holiday Inn
The breakfast was ok. I didn’t see any bacon or sausage though.
Not sure. I was having some digestive issues during my visit so I didn’t really eat much of what was there.
Everything was seamless and easy, the front desk staff member was pleasant and helpful, and the bed was great.

Bathtub seemed unsupported and creaked when moving in shower
Room full of fruit flies. Only one set of towels. Light switches not convenient. No writing materials. No one answered the hotel phone. HVAC not working properly.

This hotel was recently renovated so everything was clean and fresh and bright! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was pretty impressive for a hotel breakfast (2 fancy options for waffle batter, flavored creamers for coffee, and the eggs were tasty/moist). I think it was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn. It left a very good first impression, so it won't be my last time staying at one!
The price is more than I usually feel comfortable spending per night....but I can see that you get what you pay for. Some of the staff were (obnoxiously) loud, which seemed out of sync with the rest of the experience.
No toilet paper and shampoo
Staff was very polite and did their jobs with limited staffing. On the first morning breakfast had a good variety available and was decent.
No plows ever came to the property and the building is undergoing construction. Both of these made coming/going and parking a hassle and getting into the facility through the snow buildup. Ice machine on my floor was broken so I had to go back downstairs to get some ice. The elevator was very loud and would shake/vibrate while going up and down, very sketchy feeling. Mold was forming on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. Breakfast on the second morning, specifically the egg and cheese "omelet" was disgusting. Breakfast was limited because of the storm and staff not able to make it in but was to be expected.

The breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was good. Our room was clean and as advertised.
There was NEVER anyone at the front desk any time we were there. We had to wait several minutes to check in and out as the person was behind some closed door. She was also very sarcastic with me when I asked about the charge to my card for “incidentals”. She said “well I guess you don’t travel much, do you?” Yes I do but I have never had a hold placed on my card for that and I wanted to know what incidentals were, it’s not like we had a mini-bar or anything. I did not appreciate being spoken to like that! I will say the breakfast lady was VERY friendly!
