The breakfast options was ok. No juice at all at 9am. For the price we pay it should have been there no matter the time.
Very pricey for all the more it is. It's not overly luxurious and definitely not worth the 179 a night. I would say worth $100 a night max.
The to go breakfast bags is a great idea for those leaving to work before breakfast is served.
Staff, very friendly and helpful

It was a nice clean hotel.

The property was quite, the front was professionally with a sincere smile.
Unfortunately, the breakfast area was being renovated. The gym was extremely small, almost smaller than my room.
The location is fine, breakfast wasn't anything to write home to mom about but it was filling. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and looked to be recently upgraded/remodeled. The room was quiet also.
We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and paid $158 per night. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
On the morning of our arrival, I called to ask about checking in 20 minutes early and was told it was OK, but there would be a $25 fee, which we passed on. When we arrived just a few minutes before the official check-in time, there was no one at the front desk. We had used Hilton digital check-in, so we just went straight to our room.
The night before arrival, we had completed Hilton pre-check-in and selected a room, but the room was changed without explanation prior to check-in.
The hotel was under renovation, and the first-floor lobby and breakfast area were essentially nonexistent. Breakfast was set up in a small temporary area across from the front desk with a very minimal food selection, & no seating. Trays were provided so you could take food to your room to eat.
There were also basic housekeeping issues — the shampoo container in the shower was completely empty. Additionally, we passed by the front desk multiple times during our stay (day and night), and no staff was present, which did not give us a safe feeling.
Positives: the room itself was modern and clean. However, highway noise was noticeable, which affected our sleep.
Overall, nothing about this stay stood out as remarkable, especially given the holiday timing and nightly rate (for a small town). With the renovations, limited amenities, and lack of staffing, this hotel did not meet expectations.
We used Hampton Inn at Easley as our wedding hotel. Working with Annetta Gaines was fantastic. She was always helpful, cheerful and available! She ironed out problems and took a big load off of our shoulders in making sure all our guests were well taken care of ! thank you so much Annetta!
Very clean, updated rooms
