Disappointed

My husband and I have stayed here many times in the past so we did not mind paying the higher price. However this time the room we were given had two broken light fixtures a broken headboard and the Wi-Fi did not work properly. We also spent the whole time sharing a wall with a couple who was physically fighting and yelling the whole time. Definitely felt like we wasted our money and anniversary.

Great location, but poor cleanliness and loud office noise made it impossible to sleep.
Pros:

You can’t beat this location. It’s centrally located and close to all the best local spots.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay due to poor hygiene and constant noise. Upon entering, the room had a strong odor of smoke. I found hair in both the bed and the shower, which was extremely off-putting. The mattress was uncomfortable and noticeably smaller than the bed frame it was placed on.

Avoid Room 104. It is located directly next to the office, and the walls are thin—I heard loud guest and staff interactions at all hours, from early morning to late at night.

The place badly needs renovation. It's shabby.

Perfect Location For Sightseeing and relaxing
Pros:

Room was spotless and exactly as in photos. Bonus was 2 beach towels to use at the pool. Outstanding staff, and convenience of alcoholic and sodas available for purchase in lobby and not at exhorbitent prices. Pool and hot tub clean and entire pool area cleaned each day. Coffee in lobby also available for guests along with microwave. lobby open 24 hours and it was a relatively safe and secure area, save for a few homeless we saw on last day, that were basically harmless. Super convenient area to explore the area.

Cons:

A microwave in room would be nice, but we knew beforehand this was not in the room. They did have one in the lobbly, which we used and was super clean.

Warm days, cool nights
Pros:

Stayed here before once and thought it was a good value. The rooms have an industrial look to them. I like that there is flooring and not carpet, which hides dirt. When we stayed there it was pretty quiet, though not very busy, so I can't say how quiet it is when is busy

Cons:

The bed is located close to the wall on one side, so the person on that side has to shimmy out. No reason for this, because there was enough room to allow more space. Also, the pool area and grounds could use some sprucing up, they look played.

Cons:

Room was dirty, had to flush the toilet 5 times for poop to go down, pool wasn't heated, tables,chairs lounges were broken, wood had splinters, walls had holes in them, no daily maid service, no wash clothes at all.most of the front desk people were fine. One young lady was rude & ignorant. Bottom line place is a rundown dumb that I wouldn't even let my dog stay at
