The Infusion Beach Club

Rundown lights didn’t work. No phone in the room never heard of that before. No hairdryer. Got one from the front desk. Everything was all run down curtains torn totally needs an upgrade. The money was low and now I see why.

No amenities. Beds were very uncomfortable, thin sheets and blankets. Shower handle was broken. No coffee maker. Pet friendly but no real area to walk them.

The room was so horrible we had to ask for a switch. The door didn’t close all the way and had visible signs of it being broken into at some point. The rooms were FILTHY. My kiddo spilled water and I was wiping it up and the white towel was BLACK from the filth. Under the bed…nasty. Stains on the bedding skirt, questionable residue and drips of something on the bathroom wall. Molding caulking in the bathroom. HORRIBLE spring mattresses. The lighting I. The room was so horrendous. We literally had three white bright, empty bulbs hanging in the wall. The rooms looked NOTHING like the photos online. The pool was filthy and had rocks and pebbles spread throughout. The “hot” tub was lukewarm at best. Would NEVER stay here again and NEVER recommend this place. It should be condemned!

Not much - we did have to lug a LOT of luggage from our 2 month overseas trip up and down the outside stairwell to the 2nd floor.
No coffee machine. No iron. No hair dryer.

My room was very rundown and dark. The light fixture by the bed had been removed. Nasty stain on the bedspread, looked like blood. Dents and abrasions on the wall, and I don’t know what was on the bathroom light switch. No chain or anything for the door to secure the room when you’re in it.

The property was filthy and rundown.

The air conditioner was so loud it made it very difficult to sleep. Pool cushions dirty and plastic bag in jacuzzi. Hotel did not meet our expectations. It has had better days.

Pictures make it seem a lot nicer than it is. My room was so dingy and dark. I didnt feel safe as a solo traveler. It wasn’t very clean and the rooms smells of old cigarette smoke. My dog kept sneezing from probably the cleaning products? Would not have booked this hotel if I would have known.

Facilities are very old …. AC and bathroom fan were very noisy, we were woken up by the other room noise

Absolute misery up on checking in we booked an upgraded room. It was a disaster. It was supposed to be poolside. Instead we got a room that was under one of the dark hallways definitely not poolside looking onto a concrete wall with some sort of iron mesh in graded in the glass, Broken fridge. Nothing was upgraded very disappointed. I refuse to take the room they assigned only to be told they had made service showing up apparently at 5:30 and I could have a new room by six at 6 PM. I showed up at the office only to be told absolutely not. Once again I refused to accept the room now I’ve been without a room from 4 PM to 6 PM waiting around for the room I booked once they realized I was not going anywhere they came up with a room all of a sudden ! very sneaky very suspicious. The hotel was completely empty except for four cars in the parking lot so where was my room that I paid for??

Shabbiness of fixtures, light lacking bulb, office chairs instead of comfortable ones, holes in the wall where things had been removed.
