What I got for the price, the staff was very friendly. I loved the room and the cleanliness of the place.
During our stay the system was down so we couldn’t get key cards, so every time we had to go to our room we had to bug staff.
Location, cleanliness and the staff is always accommodating I would recommend this hotel anytime .
I liked everything about it the front desk staff doesn’t matter who is on they are so accommodating friendly and just a joy to stay here .

Staff was friendly and helpful! The hostess at the desk went above and beyond to get my daughter a cup of milk, even though it was outside of dining hours!
We couldn’t even stay because it was 1 am on June 1st I made reservation for May 31-June 1 as we were just needing a few hours of sleep. The staff couldn’t check me in and couldn’t change anything for me. If this is not possible to get around booking.com really needs to fix this problem and you should not be able to book a day prior. If I had done it for June 1, we wouldn’t be able to check in until much later that day. I will be disputing these charges as the booking should have never been allowed.

The location was close to the interstate. The breakfast was fine and serviced timely. It's not Cracker Barrel but what hotel is.
The room was clean and comfortable. The best thing was the evening desk clerk, Stacie, I believe. What a personality and so friendly for our late check in. She truly made you feel welcomed. Also, the morning clerk was friendly and helpful.
2 of the 3 pump bottles in the shower were empty. Otherwise, no complaints.
The staff was top notch! From getting in late and being welcomed with professionalism and smiles to being notified that I had forgotten a couple of items.
