We had a couple good stays here but with the renovations happening we will probably find another place to stay
Pros:

We like going there so we can have a room with a hot tub in it. The tub was really clean. But when we checked in, the clerk said that the hot tubs were being removed.

Cons:

There seemed to be an issue with the heat in our room. We really couldn’t get it regulated like we wanted it. Also the hot tub rooms are being removed and replaced with regular queen rooms. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired. The breakfast is usually quite good. But this time, the bacon was beyond over cooked, the potatoes were way too spicy.

I would stay there again close to attractions and shopping
Pros:

The pool we used clean staff great breakfast excellen close to areas I wanted to visit

Cons:

Noted that there was a lot of homeless people across the street I could see from my room kind of sad

Excellent stay
Pros:

We had a couple of issues due to construction and the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Every staff member we encountered was positive and attentive.

Wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is excellent and it shows in the upkeep of the property. The hotel is well situated next to services and eateries and the rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. The entire staff made my visit worthwhile and pleasant.

Pros:

Excellent stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Pool was very clean and warm. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of warm and cold items to choose from at breakfast A wonderful place to stay.
