We would like to commend the staff, especially Micaella, Maris, Haidee, Anita, Nitish They’ve been wonderful to us and gave us a pleasant experience.
I am very happy with the experience i had with Lobby Lounge in this hotel The staff are very accommodating and very good big thanks to Maris,Haidee,Mr.Kader Micaella,Nitish,Anita,Iris and bhawana also I appreciate the food cooked by the chef it is very delicious and flavorFul i highly recommend this hotel i usually come here to relax and the music is very amazing with Tanya the one playing the violin such a wonderful place for coffee and meal ,Great job !
Seafood nights the food is great and the staff are very accommodating. highly recomment it to all my friends. Special mention to Haidee, Usha, preeti , sagar, rekha aliza they are incredibly amazing, thank you so much for your recommendations and impeccable service , we had a great evening with peers, kudos to all chefs who made our scrumptious dinner Gerille, Uttam, Vijay, Uni and Anjana.
Food was awesome.. servers were really good and helpful. Chef Gerril's food was outstanding. Server Usha, Heidi, Rekha, alliza and Sagar, Preeti (Manager) was very accommodating and always tender to our need.
Cheese Kufans and Arabic Coffee is very good and tasty at the Lobby Lounge. The environment is vety quiet and beautiful Staffs are also excellent service thank you Iris, Haidee, Nitish, Annita, Bawana,Ouessila.
Receptionist Layal was a very good help.
Beautiful hotel, close to Shuaiba area; hotel lobby leads directly into a shopping mall. Restaurant is great. Gym opens 24 hr and there is a swimming pool & sauna.
Friendly personnel.
If you stay there for long , there is a Sultan center in the mall next to the hotel where you can get fresh fruit and much more
Outside the hotel plenty of local shops and streets to walk and stretch legs; Al Kout marina is within walking distance.
Not close to downtown Kuwait but this is a great option if you have to be in the area
