I had a great experience with room service & house keeping during my stay, thanks to Bikram & Roshika. The ordering process was simple and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional from start to finish.
Overall, room service exceeded my expectations and added a lot of convenience and comfort to my stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable in-room dining experience.

I had an excellent dining experience thanks to the outstanding service from Jeebanti, Samir, and Habib. From the moment I was seated, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They ensured everything ran smoothly, consistently courteous and efficient, making sure my table was always well looked after. Their teamwork and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience, and they made me feel valued as a guest. I would gladly return and highly recommend the restaurant because of their exceptional service.

I don’t write reviews often but the service at Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall is so excellent that it deserves recognition. Every morning at breakfast the crew (Regie, Habib and Samir) go the extra mile to make me feel welcome! The service is amazing, always kind and with a smile.
Also, I would like to prise Chef Stalin for double checking how I like my eggs (I am particular about that) and he prepared the PERFECT Egg Benedict for me this morning!
