Bikram and Dipendra I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping service. The attention to detail was outstanding—every area was cleaned thoroughly and with care. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, welcoming feel the moment I walked in.
What stood out most was the consistency and professionalism. Everything was handled efficiently, and it’s clear that high standards are maintained. Small details weren’t overlooked, which really made a difference in overall comfort.

We had a very nice stay here during our visit to Kuwait on a special trip.
The hotel was conveniently located with entrance to Al Kout mall with a vast array of shops and variety of restaurants. We were upgraded to an ocean view room.
Alex had spoken with us earlier and given us the necessary details and had arranged the transport to take us around.
Imad was our driver and he drove us along the ocean and showed us around Fahaheel and Kuwait City. We got to sample delicious authentic Kuwaiti desserts and drink flavorful coffee with spices as we walked through the colorful souk. We even got to eat freshly baked kubz bread - hot from the oven.
We were able to see the energetic fisherman selling their fresh early morning catch at the adjacent fish market on our morning walk.

I had a great experience with room service & house keeping during my stay, thanks to Bikram & Roshika. The ordering process was simple and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional from start to finish.
