The right choice

Clean and Close to Amazing Food Choices
Pros:

Loved how clean the room was presented. I travel every week and the cleanliness left major hotels looking like hovels. I loved the location. In my view, Palmer Street is the eatery centre of Townsville. Parking fills up fast but they have an overflow area across the street. Great staff. Restaurant beneath the building.

Cons:

Ahhh - so, so sad! The internet is bad. The tv wouldn’t work properly. It would lag. I work when travelling and, sadly, I couldn’t get coverage. I hope they work out a better network soon. It’s such a shame as this hotel has amazing positives.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for our holiday :) the bed was super comfortable. Staff were very helpful, informative and friendly. No issues with parking.
The freshly made cookies were delicious and a lovely touch.

Cons:

I would suggest a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Great Location + Walking Distance to the Stadium
Pros:

Friendly staff, great food, comfy & clean. Great location, walking distance to QLD Country Bank Stadium. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend & stay again. 10/10 🙌

Pros:

Free laundry, a free drink in the bar, and the best shower I've ever experienced in Australia!

Cons:

Took 5-10 minutes for a receptionist to appear (even at 5pm!). Would be useful to have either an extra staff member or a bell. Very friendly and helpful when they did appear though!
