Central location as required for stay

Cons:

No parking available and many members of the public parking in the hotel spaces when the Cowboys game was on. No alternative options provided when calling reception about the lack of parking. No gate to prevent non patrons from parking in patrons spaces.
We had to circle around the area for 30 mins before finding an available park. Management should remedy this

The staff could not have been more friendly! Very accommodating and helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable. There were just some nice touches too - freshly baked cookies on the counter each day. Great location but not noisy at all.

Pros:

The staff remembered us from our last stay. We usually do stay at Palmer Collective, but the staff remembered us and that made it really personable. And the beds are really comfy too. Special shout out to Maria and Veronica for their amazing customer service and the laughs.

Cons:

Just a couple of things on the floor from a previous guest, but wasn't a huge problem or anything. Honestly, it's hard to have any issues with the Palmer Collective.
