Mostly good but could do with some tweaks
Pros:

Superior King room had more room than Queen we stayed in for one night a few days earlier.
Staff at front desk were really helpful.
No problem getting plates, cutlery etc from restaurant to use in room.
Loved freshly baked cookies at front desk each day.
Close to restaurants. Easy walk to Strand etc.

Cons:

Both rooms we stayed in were dark ie little natural light.. No way to open windows.
Amazed that, when we asked for scrambled eggs on toast at the hotel restaurant, they said they couldn't deviate from the menu!

Excellent care and customer service
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service. Thank you Rae for care and consideration, assisting with our booking when we needed it. Nothing was a fuss so good and rare to find today.
Room is excellent, location perfect, nice pool and great bar and restaurant.
