اللي جاي إسطنبول تسوق موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً جداً لك جميع المحلات التجارية قريبة مشي بدون الحاجة السيارة

التعامل محترم من العاملين من البوابة و الاستقبال و نظافة الغرف الفندق هادئ بشكل عام و نظيف

انصح بالسكن في الدور السابع لوجود بلكونة مناسبة للجلوس

العزل غير موجود بين الغرف بمعنى تسمع شخير اللي في الغرفة المجاورة او أصوات من يمشي بالممرات


الإفطار محدود و خدمتهم في المطعم بطيئة

Really bad experience with the breakfast, especially for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.
Pros:

Staff were polite.

Cons:

We get 2 eggs with the meal, plus sides that aren’t even fresh.
And they charged me €10 per portion for just 2 extra eggs.
