I was pleased with the kindness of the staff. The location , on the 8th floor for breakfast had a beautiful view. It was very clean and peaceful and quiet.
I didn't like the lobby because when you enter the hotel, you have to take the elevator to the first floor for reception. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet.

La location è perfetta, nel cuore di Nisantasi, vicino alla Metro ed a tantissimi ristoranti e negozi. Lo staff è davvero molto disponibile e cortese. Ho chiesto di trovarci una Guida che conoscesse l’Italiano per i nostri giorni ad Istanbul e ci hanno procurato una guida perfetta! Nadia. Siamo stati molto bene.
L’hotel è un po’ strano, non sembra un hotel ma più un residence. Non ci sono spazi comuni, non abbiamo visto la palestra e la SPA che però ci sono, non c’è neppure la sala colazione che si fa al ristorante all’8 piano e non è a buffet. Forse unica nota stonata.

Everything, not my first time to stay here but this time it was exceptional. They upgraded two of our rooms. They helped every single time I asked for something. Room cleaners were superb
As it’s on one of the busiest roads in nisantasi ( the reason I stayed in it ! ) it can get loud in the weekend

Some technical and maintenance issues:
1. Two out of three of The window handles in my room were broken
2. You cannot change the temperature of the air conditioning in your room. You have to call the receptionist and they do it remotely for you. Something very strange!

Location and size of the room was great. The room was always clean,special thanks to Sibel who is a great housekeeper! The staf is pleasant.Our stay was very comfortable. We will be back next time we are in Istanbul!
