Overall they made the experience comfortable!
Pros:

It was clean and easy to find. Staff were welcoming on arrival.

Cons:

My aircon stopped working every so often and when I was sick staff wouldn’t help with getting some food from next door, the cafe they own. The lady on the desk was less than helpful. The gentlemen for check in and during the evenings was really really nice!

I would say it’s the best service in Israel - international level good service. The managers are incredible. The AC is great. The sauna.

צפיתי למקום שהוא פחות טוב , הופתעתי לטובה , רק המיקום שלו פחות טוב בגלל הבניה שיש שם כבר כמה שנים מחוץ למלון כמובן לא באשמתם ,

Cons:

הארוחת בוקר הייתה סבירה מינוס , יש הרבה מה לשפר
במיוחד כשאין הרבה אורחים אפשר לשפר
וגם לעשות ארוחות בשריות ישדרג ממש

ומיקום טוב מאוד לשוק

מלון מעולה, מאוד מפנק ונוח
Pros:

מלון מעולה ומקסים. קבלת פנים נעימה ומענה 24/7. החדר נקי, מסודר ומאוד נעים לשהייה, המתקנים והשירותים במלון זמינים וברמה גבוהה והכל מתוחזק ומתוקתק כמו חדש. גם ארוחת הבוקר ברמה גבוה ומפנקת, השירות אדיב ונעים והכל טרי וטעים.

Overall great stay , amazing location
Pros:

We got an extra two hours late checkout without additional pay , since it was Saturday, breakfast was very nice and open until late which was amazing! And the room was lovely. There was a doorman at the front which made us feel safer.

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t cooling out food at all , unfortunately it got spoiled when we left it overnight. And the shower drain was half clogged
