The hotel was in a convenient location
It was old, dark, and dirty. The slide in the pool was only open from 6pm to 10pm which wasn’t disclosed until after we booked the hotel. The pool area, breakfast room and hotel room were all very dated and really dirty.
Very nice breakfast! Good selection and nice set up to sit with family and enjoy!
The staff was overwhelmed with not enough support (front desk). She handled it well and was polite. My original room had a broken lock and deadbolt. I was switched to a different room with very little "hassle". Pool area needed a little more attention and adherence to rules. I don't think one person could be in multiple places, so it's not a reflection on front desk attendant.

The facility was run down, dirty and smelled horrible. The smell in the rooms made it impossible to stay in the rooms. I had to change hotels. Very bad experience. I would have expected better from a facility with the Wyndham name affiliated with it.
Location was good , breakfast was decent. Pool/hottub was great.
Wifi was not working at all. They advertise as free wifi but there is no wifi and phone signals are not great so was hard to communicate when inside the hotel. Room stinks a bit!

The slide doesn't start till 6. The kids wanted to play in the afternoon on the slide

We did think the property was positioned beautifully on the bay with view. The breakfast was good with variety of foods available.
The room was comfortable however the furniture was old. Chairs in room were old to sit on. We could not enjoy the balcony due to marijuana smoke and odor outdoors. The hallway outside our room door and elevator reeked of marijuana odor as well.

Location great. Grandkids loved the pool breakfast was adequate.
Small bars of soap could be replaced with body wash in shower with shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast room to small to accommodate very many people
The location is excellent . Easy access to all tourist attractions. The water slide in the swimming pool makes it a huge difference when you stay with kids.
The breakfast options can be improved. The breakfast area is relatively small and gets really crowded with no available seating tables .
Could have been more clean. The beds are uncomfortable along with bedsheets.
