The check in clerk was so bad. Double charged me for my room, then spent 5 minutes voiding it etc

Cons:

Continental Breakfast included!! Hotels for way less money have them. No pool. Come on!

Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

It is outdated, needs a some updates. The TV was outdated and did not even offer steaming options to personal sites. There was some mold on the tub/shower. There was a digital thermostat that was hard to get regulated. A school trip was booked all around us and it was very loud and crazy for a few hours. would be great if a large group to try and isolate them; especially when the hotel not near full.

Pros:

Room was nice, clean, quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Charging for EVERY LITTLE thing if you aren't careful. Like FREE complimentary water in the room for their "rewards" members and in tiny print $3.00 for other guests, paying extra to park, all these little things add up.

Everything, it was really clean, comfortable, amazing beds, great location 20 minutes out of DC, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Twinkle, Veronica and Tahmazi
