Simon on reception was fantastic. The hotel was very busy and very short staffed, long queues in the bar for drinks and food. The food was only just warm when served, it had obviously been sitting on the side for some time and no staff to deliver to tables. Won't go again, for the money paid I did expect a bit more luxury in the time, very basic

Staff when checking in weren’t very informative. The rooms were very tight on space and walls very thin. Spa was very basic. Food in restaurant was below expectation and breakfast selection was average.
We’ve stayed here several times & are always pleased by the high level of cleanliness. The hotel is very well furnished & styled.
The location, accomodation and food were very good.
This was our 4th visit.
When we arrived we discovered that our request for walk in shower and room location had not been acted upton.
The reception staff had to move us when we realised our requests had been missed.

Staff were great but all.overloaded as hotel was full and quality suffered as a result. We were returners.
Empty bottles left outside our door by cleaners before arrival. Food and service slow and below par. Staff helped rectify and free drink was kind then.
