Pros:

Just where we needed for one night on route to Southampton Cruise Terminal.

Pros:

nice place to stay with comfortable room, quiet and nice grounds

Cons:

information on the pool/spa could have been a bit better - wasn't clear whether towels were provided and I don't know if we should have had bath robes and didn't: if not, bath robes should be provided to wear on the way to/from the pool

Pros:

Breakfast was generous and plentiful. Allowed me to refill my travel mug before departure. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Room was warm and I felt relaxed.

Cons:

If I had known facilities were closed during only hours I could use them, I would not have booked this hotel.

Pros:

Huge area for dogs to run.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not a lot of bathrooms/toilets on site, only the room itself. Difficult to get to if you’re taking public transport, you must drive to the place. Limited choice for breakfast and dinner. No room service available.

Lovely relaxing stay 😊
Pros:

Really surprised with its size and facilities! Room was lovely, clean and spacious. The way the hotel is set out is really nice and peaceful. We had a lovely relaxing stay and really enjoyed it 😊

Cons:

The breakfast in the morning was tough going and really busy. I really think they would be better running time slots when you book to accommodate for this.

Weekend break not relaxing spa break

Remote location, size room and furnishings good, good breakfast spread,

Cons:

Not great parking on arrival for drop off as all for disabled. Greeting on arrival not great, person abrupt as they were more conscious of dealing with next arrival. Poor explanation of where room was. Pool too cold as it's a primary a leisure pool for spa. Spa experience poor, poor customer service at reception, woman sniffing while providing a treatment therefore not a relaxing experience. Lots of glasses, wine bottles, and plates left outside the pool area and outside many rooms that had not been cleared during course of the day. Poor bar experience, inexperienced bar staff.

Pros:

An amazing place with such great facilities over a very large area, its more a resort than a Manor
The room was great and well lit,
Dinner and breakfast was good
Lots of available parking
Don't forget your walking shoes it's huge
Reception on check in and out was smooth, friendly and helpful

Cons:

The staff in the bar and breakfast areas should learn to smile and greet guests warmly

Cons:

On arrival into our room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the toilet bowl was disgusting
Also we did not expect a long route March to our room, when it was changed , the room given was still a walk but a little closer to reception
Sorry to say, we will not use this venue again
