Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. They straightened our room and made the bed every day and gave us fresh towels. That service was appreciated. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Delightful
Pros:

The manager was accommodating to our family by allowing us to check in a little earlier since we arrived earlier. Hotel was clean and they put our family in rooms near each other . Staff was kind and courteous

Cons:

Door lock/ handle hard to pull up to get into room but so minor. We are just getting older with poor fine motor skills

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are dirty. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Nothing in the rooms work. Every time

DIRTY, rude staff, nothing works. Key cards don’t work. AC/heater doesn’t work. Lots of damage all over the property.
