Outdoor pool and Waterpark closed
Pros:

Location was great and staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Outside pool area and swim up bar we're closed. Only offered a 10% discount

Almost exceptional
Pros:

The suite was spacious. It was well supplied. We had a balcony with a lake view. It's a beautiful lake. The water park was open.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was closed for repair. No house keeping. Attention to maintenance details like a broken lamp, spots on doors, would make this a pristine resort.

Don't waste money on this NOT resort
Pros:

Outdoor pool closed. No notification prior to check in. Only stayed here for the pool to spend time watching grandson swim. Tried to watch at the indoor pool but they insisted I buy a day pass to just watch him swim. Spent 4 nonrefundable days in my room as it was the only place they weren't going to charge me more to be in. Combine that with some wonderful lukewarm showers to start our days off at this "resort", that has absolutely nothing else to resort about, and a room with very visible maintenance items that have been ignored and I am now confident I was robbed. We will never be back to this place.

This was my 2 nd trip there and we stayed for a rock concert.
Pros:

Beautiful campus, the weather was cold and raining, we were really looking forward to use the pool and the swim up bar. Nothing of your concern.

Cons:

It’s a beautiful Hotel.

Balcony has great views but it was a jaunt to get coffee in the morning.
Pros:

Relaxing balcony

Cons:

Room very small. Only king bed and no room for an additional chair. The building we stayed in was quite a ways from the main building although our room was Lake side and balcony provided nice view of Lake. But was quite a ways from the lakes edge. We didn’t use the water park but visited it and it looked fun for kids.

Pros:

We like it all, no complaints but in the past we were allowed to get four tickets to the water resort and this time we only got two tickets and there was five of us. Things have changed quite a few, but loved our stay over all

It's very expensive to stay and I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and professional staff
Pros:

The waterfront view was what I wanted and it was great.

Cons:

Coffee pot was dirty. Decaf coffee options would be nice as well as non-dairy creamers. The counter had some grit on it which I figured out was probably dishwasher crystals. Upon arriving, the check-in person was incredibly unclear about where my room was.
