CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT

Location only.

Cons:

The resort is run down, exterior falling apart, interior decor worn out, receptionist was rude at check-in, no maid service except they re-supplied towels and took trash in the HALLWAY BY YOUR DOOR, toilet seat was broken, hallways were littered with trash, no breakfast service on the property, only snack service at the water park for lunch, parking was iffy. I would NOT RECOMMEND this so-called ‘resort’. Terrible value.

For the amount of money that we spent, it would be expected to have hot water in the shower and enough toilet paper.

We did not have hot water one of the mornings we were there. The cable tv was not working; only certain channels came in. Pillows on the couches were dirty. We ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving.

Pros:

Love that there was food on facility the waterpark indoor was amazing and proximity to Arnold Park. It’s nice.

Cons:

Didn’t like the outdoor pool wasn’t heated… Didn’t get in because it was so cold. The hotel itself was probably due for an update in regards to rooms flooring and balcony area specifically. Game room was OK but when a grandchild doesn’t wanna go there… That’s something, they always want to go there.

We had fun but a little disappointed this go around.
Pros:

Love the location, the convenience of a full kitchen in the suite, and space.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was freezing! To the point where you never get used to it. It’s a waste of one of the entire amenities. The room was not properly stocked with items for the kitchen. It was not fully cleaned this time.

Pros:

Pillows were nice and it was nice to have access to the waterpark and arcade.

Cons:

The showerhead fell off during my son's shower, there were scuff marks on the doors, the balcony had lots of mildew/mold around the edges.
