Very suitable for my brief visit to Bristol.
Pros:

Good location for my purpose. Friendly and helpful staff.
Room and facilities better than average.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast was poor as many of the items were very dry e.g bacon hashed browns. Cold breakfast was good with acceptable choice.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, bright good-sized room, good lift, very good location for food, activities etc. Basic but good facilities. Good breakfast buffet.

Disappointing
Cons:

The place was not clean. The room was small and the heating did not work properly, I felt cold at night...Definitely did not deserve the exaggerated amount of money I was charged.

Great location in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The central location is perfect for visiting all Bristol has to offer. Efficient service, nice clean room very tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Parking prices. You used to be able to get a discount through the hotel now you have to go through the car park company who insist you book a specific time which is difficult when you don't know the exact time you'll be arriving. Obviously they don't want to sell space at a reduced rate!!!

Overall, absolutely fine for a one night stay at a good price and great location!
Pros:

I’ve stayed a couple of times before so I knew what to expect. For the price I paid I was satisfied with the room. Good location and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The floor was not very clean in our room. The facilities are basic but fine for one night. A mini fridge would be better in the room and some more hangers for the wardrobe. The mattress was also too firm for me but that is personal preference!

I stayed here almost a year ago and had a lovely experience; however, I found that the hotel has deteriorated rapidly since then. The room was quite dirty, particularly the remote control and the towels.
