Una toalla de manos también podría haber, aunque la de ducha era de muy buen tamaño.

La limpieza del baño de la habitación que nos dieron estos 2 días, en la tercera planta, a diferencia de los otros 2 días que también pasamos en este hotel en la cuarta planta, es bastante mejorable.
La cama cuando volvimos por la tarde-noche estaba sin hacer en condiciones; la funda nórdica estaba arrastrando por la parte de atrás y descentrada, toda arrugada.
La alcachofa de la ducha dejaba salir agua por el medio. Hay que sustituirla.

Prijazno osebje, ki z veseljem pomaga. Hiter check in brez zapletov. Med prihodom v hotel in časom za check in so brez dodatnih stroškov spravili prtljago. Za eno noč je ok nastanitev.

Our first room had the smallest en suite and shower. As I’m on crutches currently it was just too small for me to manage. The friendly receptionist kindly moved us to an accessible room and that was much better.
Everything was just perfect including the location. The breakfast was brilliant.

The location
I didn’t like how I had to wait awhile at the front desk while the three people behind the counter was talking and then the member of staff who I had was very abrupt went to my room to find out my bathroom door wouldn’t shut so went back to the desk but the member of staff did apologise and sort it out and give us another room. Also I’ve got told as well that the bar stays open till 2 am went to the bar at 1:45 am and they refused to service.
