Buen hotel aunque cuidado con los bloqueos en la tarjeta
Pros:

Habitación y baño amplios, cama cómoda, personal agradable, el desayuno tipo americano. Nos gustó mucho el restaurante/bar del hotel, John J. Jeffries.

Cons:

Después de cargarnos en nuestra tarjeta el importe de la habitación el día de salida, más de dos semanas después, todavía mantienen un bloqueo adicional en la misma tarjeta por el mismo importe pagado por la habitación que nos hicieron el día de llegada. Hemos enviado un email y de momento no hemos tenido respuesta.

It was a great break from the traditional "box" hotel and I'd come back again.
Pros:

I was welcomed by a exceptionally friendly and helpful employee who checked me in and on her own initiative moved me to a better room than what I had been scheduled to use.
I thought the hotel was interesting architecturally and loved it over a conventional box hotel.
I also enjoyed the "arts" part of the hotel concept. Made me want to take up drawing again.

Cons:

The price point was a bit more than I would typically spend, but I though it was worth it.

Pros:

Everything was terrific except for the breakfast buffet. Ran out of bacon. Fresh fruit was not fresh. Coffee not very good. no pancakes, french toast, fresh baked muffins (come on, you're in Lancaster for heaven's sake!)

Pros:

We stayed in room 403. The room was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a good location. We will return and request the same room we stayed. The staff was nice and helpful.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel! Unique decor. Wonderful staff! Immaculately clean. Restaurant staff and food were great
