The amenities were nice, comfy bed, big bathroom. Breakfast was average.
We had room 400 and the temp was a constant 80 degrees. Someone from the front desk came up and replaced our thermostat battery at 2am and reset the breaker. Still no change. Slept poorly and showering didnt help either. Really kind of ruined the stay.
It’s a unique venue in a historic tobacco warehouse. As we only stayed for three nights and Lancaster is an old walkable town, we didn’t rent a car. Walking from the Amtrak Station and around, was easy as for the central location of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was good.
It’s in between close-by streets, but due to the fast that there are traffic lights upfront, the little traffic noise didn’t bother at all.
Great bar and fantastic restaurant. Room was wonderful. We’ll be back!
Requested room in historic section, high floor. Did received this request and was able to check in a little early. Breakfast was very good as well.
Everything was exceptable.
Great breakfast!!
There was a very nice smell in the lobby area, however it was very over powerful!!! Too much! We loved the hotel!!
i love how this is walking distance from a lot of cool areas in the city. also the guest passes to the ymca are super clutch as well
The artists environment
Traffic
The room was far beyond expectations.
Great stay. All was solid
What a beautiful hotel, everyone was so nice and loved our room
Excellent experience! Rooms were really unique, and the atmosphere was great! The restaurant had great drinks and great food as well. Definitely will stay there again as my first choice.
everything great except noise
asked for a quiet room and were placed directly across from the maids room and beside the stair door to the parking garage.
The decor was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast both days was hot and tasty. Staff cleaned up asap when someone got up and left. our room was a king size bed with Jacuzzi. The room was very nice and quiet with the busy street right outside our window and Jacuzzi tub was nice. Lots of lighting and hot water was definitely not a problem. The walk-in shower was very large and accommodating, but when we came back for our second night after being out all day, the bed was made, but I had to go down to the office to get more coffee pods for the morning room coffee, the dirty coffee cups from the morning were still in the sink. Was in the Jacuzzi tub for a second night and there was a film around the tub from the bath beads they supplied. Are they supposed to clean the tub everyday? I don't know. The only tissue box in the room was never replaced. The 2nd night stuff is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I would stay here again. Alot of places to eat close by/walking distance. Every place we wanted to go was about 1/2 hr away in all directions.
Loved the art, the room, the renovation with exposed brick and beams.
Bar staff could have been nicer at closing time.
