The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. A short drive from the center of town.
We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere after buying the breakfast added meal charge. It was disappointing that they did not have a buffet or menu, just continental breakfast that was not really special.

Beautiful room / property
The artwork was beautiful. The location was great. The staff was not very friendly and what was really upsetting as we paid quite a bit of money for our suite we were told we would have a free breakfast then you get downstairs and there’s a sign that says breakfast with Blanche then you walk in and it’s fruit bagels and stuff that you have to make on your own crappy continental breakfast there is a difference between a free breakfast and a free continental breakfast. It needs to be disclosed right on your website and you falsely advertised I was very upset and will not return. We were traveling. We were expecting to get up and eat breakfast. We then had to stop and add an hour to our trip because of your false Advertising.
False advertisement ad advertise a free breakfast at a place where you spend quite a bit of money for a room you get downstairs and it’s bagels and fruit. And frozen sandwiches for you to microwave.
We really liked the hotel. The lobby area is very comfortable. What we didn’t like was that the walls were paper thin. The room next to us had a loud late night party with loud weird music both nights we were there. On the second night we called the front desk but they blew it off and didn’t seem to care.
I liked the cute concept of this hotel.
I was surprised for this price the breakfast was served in strange plastic containers that looked unappetizing, the eggs were cold and the coffee was lukewarm. For this price it was disappointing. There were no snacks in the mini fridge to purchase.
Lovely hotel
Bed was not firm enough
Fantastic experience..the room was exceptional..beautiful artwork..exposed brick
The entire hotel was decorated beautifully!
Lancaster Arts Hotel has a great location a five minute drive from downtown. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is a nice amenity to have on location. The bed could have been more comfortable and the sheet/blankets could have been softer. My only reason for giving four stars rather than five. Great place—highly recommend!
This is the third year we have stayed at the Lancaster Arts Hotel to see the Christmas Show at the Fulton. As always it was a great experience. The staff is friendly, check in a breeze, the room very clean, roomy and comfortable. We had a great diner at John J. Jeffries, saw a great show and came back to the room with a red rose and chocolate on our pillows. And the best thing about staying here is the late check out. We will be back for next year.
Historic building in an interesting area at good value for money. I like the focus on art.
Needs better upkeep and perhaps a little updating.
I loved the hot tub. The whole room was pretty great.
The customer service could be better in my opinion.
I've been here multiple times. Always a pleasure
Breakfast can be upgraded
My wife and I wanted a weekend away from our busy lives And I found they had a room from Friday until Sunday. I was very impressed from the minute we step into the lobby to all the way inside our room. The entire hotel smelled good. The location was within walking distance to many things and small businesses, which was great for coffee and food. The service was great from our room down to the lobby and all the employees were very polite and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we really heard any noise and our room was even by the road. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and service. The price for being in a college town was better than what I would have thought with the holidays and the events happening around the hotel.
Very nice place. Great character. Spacious room. Pull out couch was a bonus. Breakfast was good. 10/10 would stay there.
