I'd be back definitely beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The decor was amazing the staff friendly and efficient. Quiet nights sleep was fantastic.

Cons:

The rooms were quite dark making it difficult to get ready on an evening. The hotel was also exceptionally hot and the aircon in the room wasn't that effective.

Only thing was couldn’t turn the heating off in the room so was quite warm and because no windows open it was hard to sleep

It’s ok, good location, decor is ok, rooms ok, used to be better. Staff not that friendly
Pros:

It’s ok, could do with a spruce. Staff don’t seem too happy and not that friendly. It feels like it thinks it is more high end than it actually is

Cons:

Looks a bit scruffy in places could do with a lil tlc

Pros:

Hotel is great position and staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Rooms are now bit tired and that makes them feel grubby and need freshening up also was so hot ,was issue with toilet seat and flush , booked club deluxe so other than suite best room ? Also AC did not cool and room was very hot ,didnt spend much time in room tbh but sleep was hard, lighting was poor for partner getting ready it needed all lights on to provide adequate, overall dissapointing

The horrible bathroom would stop me from booking again.
Pros:

Location great and styling of common areas

Cons:

The bathroom was disgusting. The grout and silicone were peeling off, the tiles floor wasn’t straight and it was damp and smelly. Thé night menu is way too restricted, we arrived at 9.10pm and could only have a toastie and crisps. Very poor.
