The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Excellent customer customer service
A leaking shower head in my room
Great locally. Next to the river but still just a short walk away from all the city centre has to offer.

Lovely reception, bar & outdoor area.
Big bathroom, comfy bed, super quiet too. Complimentary water in the fridge was a nice touch!
The shower leaked every few minutes so the floor had puddles constantly which isn’t ideal as the toilet is next to it. Some of the room furniture could do with updating signs of wear & tear on a few bits.

Room smelt and the shower pressure was awful for a monsoon shower head.

Didn’t have time nor energy to report it to reception. We had had to do a last minute booking as we had a 2 hour before check in cancellation from Airbnb and as the trip was a present to my partner for his 70th, I’d run out of fight!
24/7 bar 😃 and the friendly staff bar staff excellent 😃

We cane back from the gig we went to and wanted some food
Grabbed it was 11pm I asked at the bar and was told there was any food available and was directed to the vending machine in the lobby
Which the only things that were available were 1 packet of nuts and 1 kitkat
We hadn’t eaten all day and were very disappointed in not being able to eat till the next day
I did expect the Mal to have food available at all times
