Pros:

Location for cruise terminal.

Dark room.Poor lighting especially in shower and loo.
The toilet didn’t flush- had to use waste bin of water to flush it.

Great stay and absolutely recommendable for couples travelling to Liverpool
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, supporting with everything you need, very nice deluxe room on the 2nd floor, location excellent at the port and a few minutes walking distance to the city and great atmosphere.

Cons:

Deluxe Room on the 4th floor with too small windows

Very enjoyable day/night in the City!
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and room and shower facilities were excellent. Hotel very clean and a great location for many things!

Cons:

Drinks are expensive.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable room, with a lovely view of the Liver Building. We loved that there were separate bath and shower facilities in our room too. The location is good - located at the Docks, so a bit of a walk from the station, but close to several museums, galleries and other attractions.

Breakfast was a nice mixture of continental and cooked to order options, and dinner was exceptional. The staff were all friendly and kind throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!
