The hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff are amongst the best i’ve met in a UK hotel. The hotel feels modern yet quirky. The breakfast is great and the 24hr bar is superb. We were a group booking of 5 rooms and everyone had a great weekend in Liverpool with the hotel as our base.

Cons:

There were a few issues with the plumbing and air conditioning in the hotel but the staff and management were first class in sorting things out for us. We left satisfied that the hotel did everything It could to resolve our issues.
