Exactly what i needed for my trip
Pros:

comfort and clean, big freezer, clime a/c very cool it was wonderful

Cons:

Only the water tap of the shower was damaged but we were still able to use it

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and nice, both checking in and out. The room was clean, but sadly the entire facility is in need of remodeling. From the carpets, floors, furniture, tub, everything is very worn out. Although it was clean, everything looked in poor condition.

No matter what mainstay is somewhere I'm always going to feel like a home away from home I love and
Pros:

Did not get a chance to attend breakfast but I've stay with main stay a while back and it's always been somewhere where I can somewhat feel like somewhat homie to me.

Cons:

Its better I've stay awhile back I believe there was no breakfast at that time nor was there a fitness center so that awesome

This stay did not meet my expectations at all. I was not comfortable the service was not welcoming.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was not what I expected it to be in person. The room was MUCH smaller than expected and what was shown online. The room had a bad stench more specifically the bathroom it was horrible. It smelled like urine, sweat, and like a boys locker room. (This is the best description I think of). The staff was not very pleasant, welcoming, or kind. I went to ask for towels and the staff at the time (Wendy) would not provide them until I gave her the dirty ones, so I had to go back to the room to do so. I was on the first floor so no biggie but her tone is what I didnt appreciate and she couldve just given me the towels. Another staff member who's name I did not get, was at the front desk when I came in later one day during my stay, she did not greet me AT ALL. She actually avoide eye contact all together. I am not used to this. This stay just did not meet my expectations at all. I did not make a big fuss because I was in town due to the loss of my nephew and I did not haave the mental capacity to deal with it at the moment. But I wont stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

We didn’t read the neg reviews before booking, but should have. We filed complaint w/Pinal Cty Environmental Health
Pros:

Mgr Wendy was arrogant when we pointed out the issues with room & staff. When I called ahead I asked the front desk clerk if they have a continental type breakfast as many hotels do - I was told yes. When we checked in & asked what time breakfast is, we were told they have Vending Machines & free coffee. The Best validation we received after filing, was Pinal County Environmental Health stated they’ve had previous claims filed & inspections addressed with this particular Mainstays Hotel.
