The staff were very helpful and friendly. Some of the most friendly hotel staff I have experienced in awhile. The upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the property however needed some work. I would stay there again if needed.

Disappointing stay at a new property with maintenance issues and cold breakfast, despite nice staff.

The staff was nice

Cons:

For such a new property, it was very run down. Paint peeling from doors, deadbolt unusable due to poor fit, and the pull-out couch was dirty. Breakfast food was cold only 15 minutes after opening. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Cons:

Not clean- Nothing was clean, elevator was filthy. Carpets in the room were filthy. It smelled like they just sprayed some sort of air freshener to cover the smell of the place. I will never stay there again.

Location was close to my travel assignment

Cons:

There was a hole it the wall by the light switch, stain in the bathtub, someone’s dirty socks in the bathroom, door lock did not work. Changed rooms the next morning and there was a feces stain on the chair
