Cons:

Room layout not conducive for family.
No linens for sofa bed.
Tried to call front desk but the phone had no dial tone. Had to call toll free # to get assistance but never got connected to a person to assist.
3 sets of towels for 4 people
Room overall wasn't clean.
Sticky door handles.
