I will stay here again
Pros:

We were here for the NCAA national championship basketball finals. The hotel staff was friendly, things were clean, and the carpet looked like it was brand new. Only complaint was the occupants above us walked around and were noisy – enough to keep me awake.

Underwhelming and disappointing

Pros:

Everything breakfast was great the room was clean the whole staff was very polite I appreciated everything they did.

Cons:

Nothing. There was a loud family above us but that had nothing to do with the stay as the staff was overwhelmed by it as well. But they did their best to handle the situation. 10/10 for this hotel. There were scent beads or something in the heater attached to the wall the staff was unaware of i notified them as a previous tenant must’ve done it and my one year old had found them inside. They notified maintenance. I appreciated everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay again.
