I was about to destroy this hotel in my review due to some issues we had there with a paid event and staff but as soon as I voiced my complaint, the other staff really stepped up to make things right. The manager called me the next day as well to apologize and offer my wife and I a dinner. I’d like to recognize Anu and Sabu for their great service and hospitality as well. Overall, the stay was good. It was dog friendly which we really enjoyed. The hotel was nice and the beach was beautiful. I don’t have children but it was very kid friendly as well.
I general the hotel was good, they need to work more to update the rooms, the furniture was old. Staff were very helpful, they need to offer more kinds of food in the buffet

Hotel was in great location, and have amazing beaches. but what made our staying great was the most welcoming front desk, thanks Mohammed Rajab and Ibrahim for being so nice, professional with a big smile on the face, you made our staying so nice.

entrance is confusing, exit looks like entrance, exit comes first on the road. there is no sign near the exit to drive further for entrance. pool bar and adult swimming pool is very far, bar is next to the kids zone, no clue. no staff passing by at the pool or beach, i need to go to the lounge to order but i cant enter cus im wearing swimming wear. i have to open the door but keep myself body outside to call staff and order outside, they dont even deliver to the beach.
i was about to pay with room number but they say i cant cus i didnt pay deposit, no one asked me to pay deposit during check in. noisy dj party happening till 10.30pm with really bad song, i wanted to rest with wave sound but it was really torturing to hear the song outside. this was not informed when i book or check in neither, no one informed. in a word, this is my first and the last time experience at this hotel
**Disappointing Pet-Friendly Experience**
I recently stayed here which markets itself as a pet-friendly establishment. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to this claim.
First, there were no water bowls provided for pets in the room or common areas, a basic amenity that any pet-friendly hotel should offer. Additionally, the designated pet area was inconveniently located far from our room, making it a hassle to take our dog out for walks or even to do their business.
The biggest disappointment, however, was that the hotel's outdoor restaurant did not allow dogs. This restriction meant we couldn't enjoy meals on the premises with our pet, forcing us to stay in the room. I understand inside the hotel restaurants are not allowed but even outside not allowed didn’t make sense apart from one bar where there is no shade, no people. Basically it meant come to the pet friendly hotel but keep away from everything
Overall, failed to meet the expectations of a true pet-friendly hotel. If you are traveling with your pet, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Very good place
We liked the beach and the pools. The buffet food was also of good quality. Jeff of reception, Godspower of the bar and Kenneth of the restaurant were all very friendly and gave excellent service.
We were disappointed in a few things. The kids pool used to have a sail covering the pool protecting from the sun, but it broke 6months ago and management is not replacing. This protection is very important in the summer for kids.
Also the adult pool bar was not functioning.
The pool bar at the other pool was working but the attendant had to work in the heat without a working fan. Also he was alone giving him very hard and unpleasant working conditions.
Only one bar was showing the football
Matches in the afternoon and evening which is for smokers, so it was impossible to see the matches with kids.
Generally it seemed the hotel was not doing maintenance and had an ageing feeling.
The staff makes this up by giving their best.
I would return if they repair the kids pool sail and pool bars, and general aspect gets improved.
This hotel no longer meets the standard of a 5-star property. While the staff were fantastic, the building and its amenities are lacking. It feels very dated and is in desperate need of a revamp if it is to continue as a 5-star. We bought the all-inclusive package and it was a major disappointment. We were limited to the buffet for all 3 meals and it was basic at best. The food was recycled from one meal to the next, it was lacking in choice and flavour. We were limited to a small drinks menu of house drinks and the ice-cream was only included for the children only for a few hours during the day. The pool bar was rarely manned which was frustrating. The kids club is just a playroom with no organised activities, leaving children becoming bored in no time.
