Good overnight stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was clean, comfortable and a good size

Lovely room very spacious - quiet location; great for access to Shrewsbury

Cons:

Shower in the accessible room is over the bath which is no good for a disabled person. Shower head needs to be fixed - room 116

Lift is terrifying - why does it keep bumping?

No marmalade at breakfast.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was huge! The bed was incredibly comfortable, we had air con and the shower was fabulous. We had an evening meal, which for myself was delicious. It was a very quiet night despite a full car park and many guests.

Cons:

The evening meal was disappointing for my partner, and a lot of the menu was unavailable which was unfortunate.
