Geç check in yapmam gerekiyordu 7/24 açık resepsiyon ve ilgili personellerinin oluşu güven verdi.

Wide stairway
Air-conditioning doesn't work!
Ritornerò a Sofia e riprenderò lì.

Pochi conoscevano l'Inglese
The hotel itself is in a good location but definitely needs renovation.
On the positive side, our room was clean, the towels were clean, and the bathroom was also clean, which we appreciated.
Very unpleasant experience upon arrival at the hotel.
The price of our stay was €51.50. At reception, we gave the receptionist a €200 note, but she refused to accept it, saying that she did not have enough change. She told us that we had to go to a grocery shop, buy something, and get change for the €200 note before she would check us in.
However, we could clearly see that she had around €150 in smaller notes in the cash register. We suggested a simple solution: she could give us €150 back, and we would bring her the remaining €1.50 as soon as we had settled into the room and changed a €5 note. We had been travelling for a long time and simply wanted to check in and get to our room.
She completely refused and told us that she would not give us the room key because we could not “owe” the hotel €1.50. In the end, we actually had to leave the hotel, go to a grocery shop, buy something just to get change, and then return to the reception to pay. We found this attitude extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. A hotel reception accepting cash payments should reasonably be expected to have sufficient change available rather than sending arriving guests out to find somewhere to change their money.
We would, however, like to mention that the second receptionist we dealt with was much more polite, friendly, and professional, which we appreciated.
The second issue was the parking information on Booking.com. At first glance, the listing makes it look as though parking is free, and this was actually one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. Only after looking more carefully do you realize that the parking is paid. According to the information on Booking.com, the parking fee was supposed to be €12, but we were actually charged €15. The parking is indeed very close to the hotel, but access to it is very poor and inconvenient.
Before arriving, I also sent the hotel a message through Booking.com asking for the exact parking location, but I never received a response.
NIce layout, wide stairways. Good staff
Very weak airconditioning
nice regular hotel
Very hot even when aircon on full
Hotel al centro di SOFIA... A 100 metri dalla fermata della metro Serdika 2.
Hotel anni 80... Non ultra moderno
Buena ubicacion
