Misleading description, poor sound insulation, lack of privacy, and an impractical layout that should have been clearly

Unfortunately, the apartment does not live up to its description on Booking.com, particularly regarding the bedroom layout and the advertised soundproofing.

The property is presented as a “Deluxe Apartment” with “soundproof walls”, but our experience was completely different.

* The two bedrooms on the lower level are connected, with a door between them, but the first bedroom has no door separating it from the hallway. To access the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first one, making privacy practically impossible for anyone staying in that room.
* The third bedroom is improvised in an attic, with a maximum ceiling height of approximately 185 cm. Every footstep from the floor above could be clearly heard.
* Despite the explicit claim of “soundproof walls”, the sound insulation is extremely poor. The windows are not double-glazed, and outside noise was clearly audible, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep.
* The upstairs bathroom is also improvised in the attic, with a ceiling height of approximately 180 cm. It only contains a toilet and a sink, with no shower.
* There is only one shower for the entire three-bedroom apartment, which is inconvenient for a larger group.

The most disappointing aspect is not necessarily the conditions themselves, but the lack of transparency in the listing.

We would have had no problem with these conditions if they had been accurately disclosed before booking. However, the actual layout, limited privacy, very low ceilings and poor sound insulation are important details that guests should know in advance.

The apartment is advertised in a way that creates expectations it simply does not meet. Future guests deserve an accurate description so they can make an informed decision before booking.

Хотелът е на супер удобно и комуникативно място. Стаята ми беше много широка. Банята, също. Беше чисто , имаше всичко необходимо. Леглото беше много удобно. Престоят беше много спокоен.
