Every staff person with whom we had contact was kind, engaging, and professional. Jess at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. The fresh vases of flowers was a great added touch and not typical. Fresh cookies and tea was also nice. The workout area was clean, which is not always the case at hotels. We chose a pet friendly hotel and this hotel exceeded our expectation in cleanliness. The views of the countryside from the hotel were amazing.
The breakfast choices could be better by adding fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh bread, plain yogurt, etc.. Again, the two gentleman staff persons in the dining area were very nice.
Everyone was respectful and happy.

The AC was quite noisy when it kicked in in our room.Need another chair in 219.
All things was great area and people was amazing
Breakfast was not the best it could be sausage was not good and potatos was to much season on them
Staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Overall the property was clean. The breakfast was well stocked and the welcome cookies were delicious
We struggled having hot water for multiple days. Water was ice cold. Reached out once got response, reached out a second day and received no response.
Hot tub was closed. Elevator was not functioning correctly and the level going in is a trip hazard.

People working the front desk, especially the guy who checked us in, were very nice and helpful. The place seemed nice and clean and very spacious but hardly anyone was there.
You could smell the nearby farms in the stairwell.

Spacious king suite with nice TV and ability to view streaming which is always a plus. Many amenities and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and many options were offered
