The Chinese restaurant serves very good food and the main restaurant as well.
Good toiletries and nice towels.
No welcome drink - I arrived around 1 am and nothing was offered. I had a very sad apple in the room.
The isolation between the rooms are not great. There was a couple who had a fight and it lasted over an hour.
No drinks options at the pool during day time and no shades. Though the pool itself was pretty.
Staff and facilities were brilliant. The rooftop pool and restaurant was amazing. Great food and vibe.

Commande d'éclairage très réduit seulement d'un côté du lit, la cuisine du rooftop décevante, quartier correct mais loin de tout, peu d'étagère dans la salle de bain.
It felt like an oasis retreat from a busy and vibrant city. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Shim who served us in the rooftop restaurant provided excellent service by giving us time and space but also on hand when we needed anything.

They upgraded us from corner room to club corner room, which meant we were on the very top floor. I truly appreciated that as I was in desperate need of a silent nights sleep.
The hotel is on the smaller side. For example, there are only 2 sun beds on the rooftop by the pool which meant get there early or miss out. I also felt very uneasy with the rooftop as there was only a short glass panel that stood between you and the high drop. As a mother, I wished the glass would have reached to the top.
The food was repetitive and not a major selection at breakfast, but I also did stay at another 5 star in Chennai that had a very large spread so it was easy for me to compare to them and prefer the other hotel.
The shower had some mouldy looking areas in it.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. The staff was so thoughtful and welcoming and really made our son feel like a valued guest! Jay Shree and your front desk and the restaurant teams were so attentive and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.
It was a very good experience with the DIY bowls and the food over all was amazing !
