PS - I would like to specially mention, Staff member Sumit, at the reception desk - he was polite and helpful throughout my stay.
The support provided by the hotel team was fantastic specially from Ms.Sunita and Jayasri.
Lovely hotel - air of calm unlike more touristy hotels that we stayed in. Well appointed rooms. Staff were delightful and food in the restaurant ( we took a half board package) was excellent. The swimming pool is small but on roof with breeze and view, alongside charming bar. Very few other tourists enjoying since most staying were business types.
Hotel adds a small service charge to bill so no fussing about who to tip. Too many names to mention of staff to thank but grateful to sunita for booking our uber and jayashri for help at checkout.
One of the greatest service I’ve experienced, the staff Kaif and Jayashri are very friendly and at the same time superb professional and supportive. Bravo team. Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

Overall the customer service was top notch. Sumit, Kaif, Roopesh, Rajashekar and everyone else we worked with was amazing. The staff at the colony restaurant were great as well. We had 5 separate bookings there and they did a great job storing our luggage in the cloak room. They even helped receive some deliveries, were very generous about the cancellation fee when we had an accidental duplicate booking, and helped us extend our stay when our return flight got cancelled.
In addition the rooms were good and had all the expected facilities in good quality. The only areas of improvement were that the shower should have had a place to store your own soap and the business center computers weren’t working well.

Customer service was fantastic. Facilities were good and it was in a good location. They did a great job storing our luggage between our stays in their cloakroom. I accidentally had a double booking I forgot to cancel and they were very gracious about the cancellation fee.
Shower should’ve had a space to put your own soap, etc.
