Lage top!

Personal sehr nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent

Zimmer komplett verdunkelbar, dher ist langes Schlafen sehr gut möglich

sehr ruhig!

Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Ein schönes Hotel, aber nochmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen, das Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer ist zu klein.

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes, schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage und doch gut mit dem Bus angebunden. Auch die Landungsbrücken sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Hamburg wieder vorbei.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber. Betten sehr gut ( gut geschlafen). Frühstücksraum gut organisiert. Frühstücksangebot eher durchschnittlich.

Es ist ein super schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Cons:

Wir fanden das Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas dürftig. Es war kein Kräuterquark, Eiersalat oder ein anderer Salat vorhanden. Es gab jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl. Auch schön angerichtet sieht leider anders aus. Einfache Sachen wie Tomate mit Mozzarella hätte man vielleicht auch mit anbieten können.

Fazit: tolles Hotel, ausbaufähiges Frühstücksbuffett. Wir werden daher leider nicht wieder kommen.

It’s a great stay in this modern and well-maintain environment.
Pros:

It’s an easy access, modern and nice hotel to stay. The room is spacious and provides a glass bottle water to the customer. The breakfast is nice with lots of things to choose from.

Cons:

The bath is openly connected to the bedroom so it is a bit lack of privacy if staying with the other person.
