Bis auf erste Nacht, alles gut und gewohnter Service

Ich kenne das Haus und war schon öfters hier

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat sich in der ersten Nacht alle 5 Minuten mit einem störenden Geräusch, ähnlich Espressomaschine beim Programmstart, gemeldet, so dass schlafen unmöglich war.
Zimmertausch nächster Tag, aber 1 Nacht futsch.😭😭

Qualität in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht mehr auf dem Stand der letzten Jahre.

Cons:

Waren zum dritten Mal dort. Aber das letzte Mal! Hat sich sehr verschlechtert.
Frühstück eher mittelgut. War früher viel besser. Sehr laut u. wuselig. Keine schöne Atmosphäre. Man ist immer froh wenn man wieder gehen kann.
Tlw. Teppich im Zimmer. Ist tlw. schon unhygienisch. Viele Flecken u. Haare. Eine Wand gefliest. Verstehe wer will warum man das macht. Dann fliest doch den Fußboden lieber.
In der Bar sind die Sessel total abgenutzt. Und speckig. Musik gefiel nur dem Barmann.
Kein Hotel, in das man wiederholt gehen wird.

Trotz Mangel Anzeige keine Beseitigung der Störung Klimaanlage. Brummte 2 Nächte im Intervall 10 min 😒
Techniker sollte dies am 2.Tag reparieren- Pustekuchen! Entschädigung wurde abgeleht 👎🏼
Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück unterirdisch.

In jeder Beziehung angenehm!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes komfortables Zimmer mit abgetrenntem Wohnbereich, in dem wir als sehr nette Geste mit einer im Kühler stehenden Flasche Sekt empfangen wurden.
Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe zu Michel, Zentrum und zum Hamburger Dom ist bestechend.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist bei Weitem ausreichend und angemessen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
