excelente todo
Pros:

El desayuno muy bien. Ofrecen panificación, dulces, fruta, lacteos, cereales. Como desayunar en casa.
Excelente la atención del personal. Siempre dando la bienvenida y de manera sonriente. Al igual que en la cena.
Muy conveniente que haya un resto dentro de las instalaciones. Volver de largas excursiones y saber que uno puede relajarse en el mismo lugar y cenar, es un punto a favor, considerando que el lugar si bien está cerca del centro, se ubica en la parte alta de la ciudad y de moverse a pie hay que bajar la ladera por escaleras y obviamente, volver a subir.
También se destaca la tranquilidad, ideal para descansar y relajarse

Calafate es muy bello pero hubo detalles a mejorar en el hotel, el personal muy amable
Pros:

Habitación amplia

Cons:

Poca luz en habitación y baño hay que reforzar apenas se veía
Los dispenser de la ducha habría que alejarlos de la caída de agua ya que no se podía casi apretar de los mismos súper incómodo
Algún almohadón aparte de la almohada en la cama sería mucho más cómodo
La ubicación no me gustó sobre la calle muy desolado y tenías que caminar sobre la ruta para llegar

Cons:

en la noche hubo un constante ruido como de algun motor o ventilador encendido , que se escuchaba en la habitacion, no se de donde provenia.
Los huevos del desayuno hay que pagarlos aparte
eso de que esta a pasos del centro no es tan asi , ya que hay que bajar por un tremenda escalera para llegar al principio de la calle donde comienza el centro

Un peu cher au vu des equipements

La chambre était grande lits corrects petit déjeuner inclus

Trop d escaliers pour accéder au centre ville car situé sur une colline . Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus et l hôtel mal insonorisé beaucoup de bruits tard le soir dans les couloirs.vpas de réfrigérateur ni bouilloire dans la chambre.

Pros:

O quarto é confortável e a wifi é boa. A localizacão é realmente perto do centro, mas para chegar é preciso descer longas escadas, o que, para quem tem resteições de locomoção, pode ser limitante. Os atendentes do restaurante são simpáticas.

Cons:

Fomos no mês de janeiro e, apesar da temperatura ser amena, a ausencia de um ar condicionado foi sentida. Tínhamos que abrir a janela para não dormirmos no calor e em uma das noites acabou entrando um gato da rua, o que foi o grande susto. O café da manhã tinha poucas opcões e não havia variedade entre os dias. Outra coisa relevante é o horario do café da manhã - 6h30 no verão. No entanto, como os passeios são normalmente cedinho da manhã existem dias que não é possivel comer no hotel antes de sair. Nesse tipo de situação eles não oferecem uma caixinha com um café da manhã para levar. O que destaco como principal ponto negativo foi a atitude de quem acho que é o dono da pousada. Em um desses dias que saimos cedo para o passeio, precisamos comer rápido e o dono da pousada ficou nos observando e nos constrangeu ao dizer que o sanduiche que eu havia feito, e não tinha tido tempo de terminar no local, eu não poderia levar. Em uma nova visita a El Calafate, definitivamente não voltaria a me hospedar nessa local.
