Calidad
El trato dispensado en la recepción del hotel.
La amplitud de la habitación.

Realmente no es que no me gustará, la ubicación es a las afueras en un lugar residencial con pocos servicios por la mañana o por la noche.
El hotel es limpio y ordenado, el desayuno es correcto y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Si bien se encuentra en en el extremo mas alejando de Las Rozas se encuentra sobre la autopista que facilita el traslado.
Varios días durante mi estadía se encontraban hospedados contingentes de deportistas los cuales a cualquier hora del día golpeaban puerta, gritaban y generaban ruidos bastante molestos en los horarios de descanso.
Pasado el cierre del restaurant no se puede comprar ni un agua, hay una máquina dispensadora de bebidas y otros alimentos que no funciona correctamente tal como me indicó el personal de lobby. Yo tenía intención de comprar agua mineral y la única alternativa y solución que me ofreció fue darme agua de grifo.
El desayuno esta bien, pero me lo esperaba mejor viendo alguna otra reseña.

Personal de 10. La habitación una maravilla y todo perfecto. Zona muy tranquila. No sé si está bien comunicado porque fui en coche pero vale la pena.
Nos alojamos en una suite junior y estuvo fenomenal. Era grande, bien amueblada, con todos los detalles necesarios y muy limpia. El lujo apropiado. Daba gusto ver todo en perfecto estado y funcionando correctamente, incluida la ducha y la bañera de hidromasaje, algo hoy día cada vez más infrecuente en los hoteles. Por lo que hemos quedado muy satisfechos :D
Añado que actualmente da la impresión, por lo general, que cuando vas a un hotel de 4 estrellas parece el de 3 estrellas de antes, y los de 3 los de 2, y así sucesivamente. La calidad ha ido bajando mientras los precios no han dejado de subir. Por lo que encontrar un 4 estrellas que hace honor a su calificación, que es lo suyo, es un placer.
