their system was for hours a lot of people waiting at the lobby instead of giving discount for letting people waiting for hours they charge deposit plus 15 dollars for parking lot, they should mention that on website.

Disappointing experience — the hotel did not match expectations and felt unsafe.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at all The hotel did not meet the expectations shown online. There was ongoing construction inside, which made the stay uncomfortable and noisy.

Cons:

Staff were not very helpful when I asked for support, especially after I lost my money. The ongoing construction made it even worse.

I enjoyed my stay, staff is friendly, and place is clean, also has an availble laundry room to use.
Pros:

Location is good, close to where i needed to go. There is also a public transportation close by. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The shower tub is lifting, can hear it creaking when walking, needs to be fixed. Possibly gets some fluffy pillows. Notice the wallpaper in the bathroom is bubbling or kind of peeling off. Also for breakfast, possibly have some waffles or french toast availble
