Pool was closed, Spa wasn't operational, Rooms are pretty ok. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

The food was excellent and staff really really hospitable.
Bathroom smells really bad even after multiple complains. TV reception not good. Food and service was quite good.
Cold shower in the morning. Should not take 5 hours to get a new room. Electrical outlets deficient in both rooms, dangerous. Excellent breakfast.

Problem with speaking with language. Security staff is speaking Hindi only either they need speak in English and local language to understand.and even they are not calling who knows English speaking.

Hotel needs to invest in in-room upgrades. Leaky faucets & old shower heads, leaky tea kettle.
I had a very early morning departure & both desk people were crabby, rude, and generally dismissive. Also, hotel location is isolated on a 3km radius gated compound.
The bed springs are gone on one side completely
First, this is a beautiful facility with incredible amenities and staffing. I added a room during our stay & accidentally booked it at the wrong Novotel. One of your staff helped me fix that reservation and set things straight. Amazing Employee!!
