Overall good only that 1 minor incident but it can happen anywhere
Pros:

When we first got into the room after 11pm there were micro ants on the one bed. I went down to the desk immediately and our room was changed to across the hall. He informed me he emailed maintenance. I assumed housekeeping would also be informed but when I “spoke” with the NON English speaking staff they were polite, used their phone for translation with me and informed me they were NOT informed of the issue. I showed them my video and they were shocked as the ants were no longer around anywhere. Your page does not allow video so the specks of the video are of course the micro ants
