"For parking, the hotel is attached to a city-owned garage similar to other hotels in downtown Boise. Our guests receive a discounted rate per night based on the daily rate through the garage (currently, $15 per night but is subject to change). After check-in, room keys provide in and out access throughout the stay. The garage is on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building with hotel elevator access on each level. "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Convenient, clean and enjoyable!

Cons:

I didn’t have a microwave in my room. Then I had to go downstairs to warm my baby’s bottle. It was a big inconvenience but I failed to ask the staff for a microwaves b/c who has to ask for a microwave? I think that everything else was almost perfect.

This was a wonderful hotel for cleanliness, great staff, and great location!
Pros:

Our room was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed except for a microwave oven.
The location to the Boise Conference Center and downtown Boise was wonderful. It was close to many restaurants.
Chocolate chips cookies at 5 pm were a very nice treat!

Cons:

Parking was $20 per day extra which was not readily known when booking the room.
We would have loved a hot tub in the pool area.
Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. Nothing exciting.
