"For parking, the hotel is attached to a city-owned garage similar to other hotels in downtown Boise. Our guests receive a discounted rate per night based on the daily rate through the garage (currently, $15 per night but is subject to change). After check-in, room keys provide in and out access throughout the stay. The garage is on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building with hotel elevator access on each level. "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

room was nice, staff and location excellent
the breakfast was horrible. Everything processed. How about some fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese slices, etc? And something not loaded in sugar. Also, why paper plates and plastic utensils? Are we at a picnic, or a hotel?
Very centrally location within walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and other activities in Boise. Didn't have time for the complimentary breakfast, but I appreciated it! Staff was super nice and helpful in giving directions around Downtown. Also liked there was covered parking in a structure, although it's shared with other businesses.
A bit pricey for what I would pay, but given it's in Downtown, I can understand the rates would be higher. Got a bit noisy at night inside and outside the hotel. Ran out of tissues in the bathroom on the first day, without a replacement.
Breakfast was free and excellent selection.

Nice clean hotel, there were a couple people checking in, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, using a pad of paper to assign rooms?
I asked for a first floor room, my daughter is disabled, I got an 11th floor room #1111 far from the elevator. A vending machine with snacks my the ice machine would be more convenient than down at the front desk.
