"For parking, the hotel is attached to a city-owned garage similar to other hotels in downtown Boise. Our guests receive a discounted rate per night based on the daily rate through the garage (currently, $15 per night but is subject to change). After check-in, room keys provide in and out access throughout the stay. The garage is on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building with hotel elevator access on each level. Best in Boise for location
Pros:

Comfort of bed, location-location-location in the center of town, great breakfast selection, warm welcome

Cons:

parking is shared with local events in a very tight garage. Not too bad but if you have a large van/truck/car your parking skills will be tested

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized and welcoming.

The breakfast area was especially impressive—very clean, neatly arranged, and stocked with a wonderful variety of options. It made for a great start to each day. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping everything clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

I also really enjoyed the amenities. The swimming area was clean and fun, and the gym facility was well-kept and easy to use.

Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel felt professional and well-run. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again.

Downtown Boise Night Out
Pros:

Location downtown is great for walking around town.

Cons:

The parking garage is really tight! There was a big pickup parked across from me; I had to maneuver my way back and forth to get out . If another vehicle had been parked next to me, I wouldn't have been able to get out of the parking spot. I drive a small SUV.

Great location, excellent front desk staff and housekeeping, quiet room. I will stay here again.
Cons:

We stayed on a holiday Monday. There were many families staying then. Unfortunately, the hotel stuck to its earlier breakfast hours designed for business travelers and closed too early for many of the guests.

Extending the breakfast availability 1 hour would have been very helpful.

Pros:

We liked the location, and all it had to offer, just not the bed.
Pros:

The location and room size were just right. The breakfast was what we know to be standard with Hampton Inns, and adequate. Customer service was great.

Cons:

The beds in suite 602 were not comforatable at all. The matress was over firm, and felt uncomfortable both nights.

The location was perfect. We could walk to everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was quite firm and I woke up several times because my hip hurt.
