Très bon accueil du personnel tout au long du séjour. Chambre confortable et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner.
La chambre donnait sur le boulevard. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit de circulation (la sirène des ambulances et de la police) jusque tard dans la nuit.

The location, worked well for what we needed to do and the value for money. Some of the staff were lovely.
Size of room were very small. Shower was tight fit. No bin for rubbish in the room.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Gepäck wird aufbewahrt, sogar nach Check out, das fand ich genial. Die Lage ist top, 3 min. zu Fuss zum Ostbahnhof. Das Zimmer war klein aber super gemütlich, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war es sehr leise. Das Zimmer hatte ein kleines schnuckeliges Balkönchen.
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein, die Auswahl ist klein aber ausreichend. Respekt dass sie es trotzdem unterbringen und anbieten, es war fürs Personal auch nicht einfach.
Location was excellent. We came up from London on the Eurostar and our hotel was about a 8 minute walk. Also metro was only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of eating places right close to our hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and very polite. Could t fault them at all. When we asked for milk for our coffee when in our rooms We was given the option of cold or hot milk which was really nice.
Breakfast. First day we got down at 9.10 and second day we got down for 8.30. ( stayed 2 nights ) breakfast was from 7.30-10.00. Found a lot of the items had gone and they never replaced them. The baguette was real hard. People were coming downstairs to dirty tables. They was only one staff on who had to do everything so really wasn’t her fault. Felt she could had done with an extra pair of hands.
Lage des Hotels super für Erkundung der Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch ......, waren sauber und zweckmäßig.
Der Service beim Frühstück war schlecht. Egal ob zu Beginn oder zum Ende der Frühstückszeit, die Tische wurden spät abgeräumt, die Gäste taten dies, suchten Geschirr und Besteck u.s.w.
Brot, Käse ,Wurst wurden ewig lange nicht nachgelegt, erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, ganz zu schweigen vom Angebot der Speisen. Ich habe schon verschiedene Hotels in Paris bewohnt, im Alania war es das schlechteste Frühstück welches ich je bekam. Sowohl Service, als auch Angebot.

Emplacement, gentillesse, efficacité, service de bagage, métro a deux minutes, gare du nord a 10 minutes. Beaucoup de très bons points.
Le petit déjeuner était chaque matin presque vide, alors que j'y suis allée dans les heures d'ouverture. La réactivité pour le remplir à nouveau n'etait pas au top.
