Es ist zentral gelegen.
Bequem Bahnhof, Metro und Bus zu erreichen.

Prima uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken!
Pros:

Locatie op loopafstand van Gare de L'est. Kleine, maar prima badkamer en erg vriendelijk personeel!
Wij hadden een mooie kamer op de hoek met aan twee zijden ramen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg sober. Prima koffie en thee maar niet veel aanbod in broodjes e.d.

La atención del personal fue buena.

Cons:

El lugar para desayunar era súper reducido, muy incómodo, más de 4 o 5 personas y no te podés mover casi. Y la variedad del desayuno muy limitada.

El baño de la habitación era muy chico, incómodo para ducharse.

Had no heating. When I entered the room the window was open and the temperature was near 0 degrees. Heating was not functioning. So had to sleep whole night in my pullover and in cold.

Peut mieux faire, surtout pour le prix!
Pros:

Un lit agréable; une chambre avec beaucoup de lumière. De quoi faire du café et de la tisane.

Cons:

Très bruyant, aussi bien avec les bruits de la rue que les bruits à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, toute la nuit; chambre pas insonorisée. Très petite et peu de place, notamment dans la salle de bain. Salle de bain pas propre, jusqu'à des cheveux collés sur le mur et les traces de la poussière sur certains accessoires.

Convenient for a quick city trip
Pros:

It's less than 10 min walk from Gare du Nord.
24h open reception, friendliness of the staff.
Quick hot water in the shower even at the 5th floor.
The bed was comfortable, not too soft not too hard.

Cons:

The neighborhood.
The door of the elevator opens very slowly. Needs maintenance.
The shower space was really small.

Efficace vu que c'était un déplacement professionnel
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix, bon accueil, wifi.
Le lit est bon, les draps sont propres.
Les sanitaires sont globalement propres
Le.prix est correct pour Paris

Les oreillers un peu mou
Les toilettes n'étaient pas nickel (fond noir)
