Since it was off season this was the first time in quite awhile where you could hear a pin drop.
Pros:

Handicap Parking. Good breakfast, Room was clean, beds were comfortable, Nice shopping center a few miles down the road on the outskirts of Charlotte, VA. Hotel coffee was real good.

Cons:

Took me a day to realize my room door was not locking when I left the room. Was leaving the next day. I talked to the desk Receptionist and she was notifying the maintenance people. Glad the hotel was not crowded. I did use the room safe that was there. TV was so-so. Not much to watch.

Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

We stay here every time we come to visit our family
Cons:

Not that important, but the TV service was very difficult for us to figure out. We needed to check about travel conditions and it took us a long time trying to find the weather channel. We couldn't figure out how to get to a specific channel without clicking one channel at a time through all the channels. It was a bit frustrating.

Good location but not worth the money.
Pros:

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The front desk associate you couldn’t tell if they worked there or if they were a guest. She was very pleasant.

Cons:

The room location was right next to the pantry on the first floor. Very noisy. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Both beds comforters had stains on them. Luckily we brought our own blankets. The bathroom was dingy and the floor looked like it still had urine on it. The shower ceiling looked like it was about to fall through as it had mold or water damage and still looked like it was active.
