Overall great and would stay again- urge the team to look more closely at maintenance
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice sized rooms. Overall clean and well-maintained. Pet friendly with lots of areas nearby to walk them.

Cons:

We had a clogged drain in the bathroom that they tried to address (I give them credit for trying to address it after hours). However it left a black liquid in the sink which was off-putting. They did offer us a different room but it was late in the night and we were tired. In the middle of the night the room a/c stuttered at that point my husband just asked for the keys to a different room which they complied with.

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast not too far from Shenandoah National Park
Pros:

It was a reasonable price with a good breakfast and comfy rooms, not too far from the things we wanted to do in Shenandoah National Park.

Cons:

We used the pool one evening after coming back from hiking and it definitely could have been cleaned out a bit to remove the leaves and other debris from the trees.

Location was convenient.

Cons:

There was NO HOT WATER! I could not take a shower or bath. There were no cups in the bathroom. Staff were not helpful. Breakfast food was dry and not fresh. I was told at the front desk there would be some compensation for the lack of hot water. I asked for a refund, not a voucher for a future stay. To date, I have heard nothing back from them. Can you help me? How much if a refund will I get and when?

I was the perfect place to stay for a busy weekend
Pros:

We didn’t have time for the full breakfast because we had to get to graduation. It was great to grab a yogurt and banana on the way out the door.
