La ubicación muy buena, cerca quedan Walmart, Costco, Target y a 5 minutos en First Colony Mall.

Cons:

Viajé en compañia de uno de mis hijos y fuimos victimas de robo en la habitación en ropa de varón, mujer y vitaminas. Nos hemos alojado en ese hotel muchos años a través de ustedes y no nos había pasado una mala experiencia. Lo reportamos y pedí rebaja en la tarifa, la empleada de caja me dijo que compramos la estadía a traves de ustedes y que no tienen ningun responsablidad. Las almohadas son una pesadilla por livianas y sin cuerpo, Lo robado asciende a más de US$200.00. Que solución nos dan.

Excelente value for the price
Pros:

Clean comfortable quiet the attendant was polite and friendly the breakfast was excellent the best we have had in a hotel

I definitely would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was very cooperative when we had to add another day to our room. The breakfast was good. Had the biscuits and gravy, was pretty decent. I liked that the location of the hotel was easy to get to but was not directly on the main highway.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard for me but the manager said they will be updating in December.

Overall good stay for a fair price
Pros:

The look of the overall hotel was good. My room was very spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. However, when I walked in to the room it smelled humid and looks dated. The kitchen had a full refrigerator which was nice. The bathroom was good however a few of the tiles where the sink is were lose and would move a little when I would walk into the bathroom. The bed was decent as well slept fine both nights. The AC to my room was EXCELLENT. The cleanliness of my room was excellent as well I think it was the main reason I was comfrotable because although the furniture was outdated the room felt clean.

Pros:

I was more than pleasantly surprised upon entering this facility, and in meeting the manager. Everything from beginning to end was more than acceptable, it was excellent!! This will be my hotel of choice on any future trips to the Sugarland and Houston areas.
