Awful service, when trying to get a refund for how awful my stay was the front desk lady gave me attitude and refused to take my information down to speak with management and hung up on me 7 times.
The heating and cooling system was frustrating. It was hard to get it to the right temperature. Either it was too warm or it was blasting very cold air. There wasn't a way to have it blow cool air gently. Thus I was either too cold or too warm.
Refrigerator was all dented and banged up and bathtub was not very clean. Front desk staff were nice

Definitely quiet, the staff was friendly. The rooms furniture was chipped, dented, and stained. The non stick pots in the kitchen were flaking from over use and abuse. The room was disappointing and one of the worst and most expensive homewood suites rooms I've seen to date.
The room was clean and staff was friendly. The only negative was the tub had a stain in it that made it look really dirty.
Staff were kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Kitchen staff, I believe his name was Koran, went above and beyond to be helpful.
Very nice and clean
The location for Portsmouth and Maine activities is great.
The cleanliness and bed set up was poor. Our bed for some reason had no box spring. This made sleeping and sitting in the bed very uncomfortable. Manager tried to tell us this was a handicapped room but it was not according to our booking details.
On a cross country road trip we stayed exclusively at Homewood Suites Hotels. Most were great, this was not. First, the A/C in our room did not work - the thermostat was blank. The front desk said they would send maintenance to check it out, and that would be about 45 minutes. When asked if they had any other rooms I was told they did not. A while later I got a call saying that there was another room and that we could move to it. I appreciate them making it right, but it would have been nice to get honest answers upfront.
Moving on: The bathtub in the new room was gross. I ran water in it to see if it would wash away with no success. There's a picture.
Next: Dental floss/pick thingy in the corner of the room. Also gross. Also pictured.
Icing on the cake: I was charged $7.50 for parking. They did ask if I had a car (or many cars) so I don't know why they think I should be charged for it. I called the Hilton Customer Service number, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I called the hotel and left a message, assuming with the manager, asking if we could talk about this before I wrote a review. No answer.
I like Hilton, I like Homewood Suites. (The one in Asheville NC is great!) This was a big let down.
Friendly and quiet
Ive been going there coupe years my friend had contract for a year and stayed during that time. During that toime I got to befriend cindy. She was was the hotest withe momstest
Just AMAZING!! I miss her face. But on top of that yr staff is always friendly and great to talk to. You pick the right ones thank you!! Oh and u have eveytjomg a person would neef
The appearance was pretty
We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like marijuana. The sink was clogged, and the lights kept on flickering keeping my husband up. Our car got dinged by another visitor. We complained about all to the Management and still they have not reached out to us. Very disappointing.
Our Family trip was amazing, we enjoyed coming here when we visit my son, it is very close and convenient, close to shopping, town, Seacoast Repertory Theater and much more.
The bathroom had, what I can only describe as pubic hair, all over the bathroom floor. There was no cleaning staff on that evening so the Front Desk had to clean it up themselves.
