Pros:

I walk with a cane. Asked room to be near elevator. My room was the farthest from elevator. Could not make walk to breakfast and then to leave.

Someone to say there was not way to have room close to elevator

Pros:

There was a huge swimming meet in Louisville for kids 8 -14? A huge rain storm came blew in and caused the event to be cancel, long story short, there were unattended kids everywhere running full speed throughout the hotel at all hrs of the night (between 10to 2am); I don’t mind kids having fun on their trip but that was a bit to much after a long trip on the road myself.

Pros:

We were so happy we chose this hotel. The room was very clean and big enough to hold our party of 8. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites Louisville-East. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Room and hotel met all our expectations. We were very pleased. and the staff was courteous!
Pros:

The layout of the room. We needed a room that was handicap accessible. and roomy enough for us to move around. Our room met those expectations. It was clean and everything worked.

Cons:

Complimentary dinner snacks and breakfast was not the best, but oh well, it was included.

This was a WONDERFUL hotel!!!! I recommend this hotel for everyone. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Clean as a whistle, nice furniture & bedroom set, plus 3 big screen TV’s!!!! Make it your next stop.

Exceptional Stay!
Pros:

First, I want to commend the staff at this location for their outstanding service. The team—especially the day staff—treated my family and me with genuine respect and warm hospitality throughout our stay.

Secondly, the food exceeded our expectations. Unlike any hotel experience we've had before, the meals reflected cultural diversity, which my entire family truly appreciated. Additionally, the evening meals were a thoughtful touch that allowed us to save on dining out.

In summary, I would gladly return to this hotel and confidently recommend it to others.
