Courtney was AMAZING! She made our stay 1000x better. She was welcoming and friendly. She is an amazing asset to the team. Our room was nice and clean.

Pool, bed, quiet room, staff helped me find where going for business.

Excellent room very comfortable and large. Excellent breakfast, everything hot and fresh. You can have them make your eggs in front of you and get hot waffles. I was very pleased with the breakfast.

We were here for my husband MLF Phoenix All American Bass tournament from May 24-31st. We found this hotel from MLF and after a rough start to our week we were so HAPPY to have found this hotel. They were hosting the conference for the event we were at so everything was so simple. We had a beautiful room and just go down stairs to the event. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was not included but was available at a fee. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was large, my husband and myself fit in it 😁. Hotel was in a nice area with dining and shopping within walking distance. Checking was so easy as well as check out. We ordered pizza right to the room! Large in room mirror, small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, cable TV, our room had a sofa bed couch with a king bed. Room was large. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Columbia, SC.

Good location in Harbison area. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful; she listened to us and promptly addressed our concerns when we had a minor issue with the room.

I helped book my rooms with Michelle. She was excellent! It was very late at night and we were all incredibly tired, but she got us exactly what we needed in record time. She was very patient, kind, and steadfast. I could not have asked for a better person to help us check in

Ms. Michelle is a very unique, professional, and compassionate person. I had been going through a real challenging time with the illnesses of several of family members. Not only was she compassionate about my family issues, she was supportive from the advantages that this property provides. This made me feel like a human being and not like a piece of noncompassionate AI generated technological tin can.

With people like her and properties like this one also, can only work to enjoy the family atmosphere that the entire staff at this property presents to the world. I will always recommend this property if people like Michelle and the rest of the team members of this particular status from Jamie the GM, Gabby the AGM, Barbara, Todara, Margaret, Lauren , Nikki in Housekeeping Shae over the restaurant is the team that a property should have in an entire team to build a winning formula for the success that this hotel presents.

Mrs. Michelle Perry was very helpful and made my stay at the hotel and enjoyable experience. She went out of her way to ensure that I received the best service and experience while at the hotel.

The staff was all extremely friendly and professional from housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant/bar.
