Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

While the front lobby was recently renovated and nice, the rest of the property was a bit outdated. For the price, I was expecting more. The bed sunk to the middle, the pool was tiny, and the breakfast was no better than a comfort inn breakfast but for $20/day. If this had been a $100/night hotel room I would have felt it was fine, but I was really disappointed in what we got for the price.

Pros:

I like the convenient of the hotel being close to everything. This will always be my go to spot for a quick getaway.

Cons:

There was a wait on our rooms. It was like 4 other customers waiting 10-15 minutes before having our rooms ready.

Very comfortable, always clean and very friendly staff!!!!
Pros:

We have stayed at this location for several years when attending football and basketball games at USC and have always been welcomed by the staff. Our rooms are always very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

On this one and only time this weekend there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway. We notified the desk and was told it was something that had occurred on all six floors. However it was not in our room and whatever it was, it was not present the next day. We continue to stay at this location for all night games. Staff are very helpful and always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Loud/Smelled/Terrible Experience!!
Pros:

The hotel lobby had me excited about our stay. However, when we got to our room my excitement plummeted. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, turning the heater on made that remarkably worse. We picked the side opposite the interstate hoping for it to be quieter. Nope. On Valentines Day morning, we were awakened by car after car and motorcycles revving their suped up engines and horribly loud mufflers. There must have been a car show nearby. At one point one sounded like it backfired (which to me sounded like an explosion next to my 3rd floor window). Our dog flipped out and tried to fit under the bed to hide. Breakfast is NOT free, no it is a hefty $19.99 per person - no thank you. The floors by the elevators had food dropped all over them and the elevator floors were dirty as well. We heard EVERY noise in our room from people in the hallways talking, kids running and playing, and the cherry on the sundae? Music started blasting from the room adjacent to ours leaving us wondering what was going on in THERE. Finally, room service only comes every other day which I find as a lazy and annoying reminder that COVID made standards plummet never to return again. The bathroom is the only mirror so I had to dry my hair in there. Unfortunately that means hair all over the floor and toilet which I hate. Unfortunately you just have to live with it until it's your day to get your room cleaned.

I hated this hotel with a passion and would never stay here again.

Pros:

The breakfast was well prepared and tasted very good. I thought the decor of this facility was fantastic! So I was surprised the outside looked weather and in need of a refresh. I will be staying here again in the future.

The elevator wasn't working when I got there and the staff member upgraded me because I wanted to be on the top floor, that was Awesome!

Cons:

In the evening when it was busy there wasn't enough staff to help everyone in a timely matter. I thought the staff member did an awesome job keeping his composure and took care of everyone's needs.
