Fabuleux mais vieux bâtiments et piscine pas entretenue
Pros:

Emplacement idéal avec une vue superbe sur ostuni

Cons:

Bâtiment très vieux et manque d’investissement pour le rénover par contre, petit déjeuner parfait et le personnel et à l’écoute des clients et d’une parfaite gentillesse.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and free and just a 5 min drive to the city centre. Would definitely return to this hotel

Pros:

What a beautiful hotel this must have once been. From other reviews, I knew it was in need of a makeover. That’s true. It’s been that way for about 30 years.
But the room, despite being dated, was very clean. And it does have a certain charm. The bed was definitely fine! The pool looked great too, but I was unlucky that the weather turned just then, so I didn’t use it. The staff is friendly, but limited in English. Breakfast is okay... depending on the number of guests, it ranged from okay to fine. I’d give it a six out of ten. The coffee was terrible. It wasn’t until the last morning that the waiter asked if I wanted a cappuccino or a café doppio. (Which I think he got from the bar.) I’m still grateful to him, haha.

Cons:

Breakfast: it was certainly prepared with care, but there’s plenty of room for improvement here without it costing much extra.
Out of the three mornings, there was only one morning with a truly delicious selection, including savory options. Probably because there were many more guests. However, the difference compared to Monday morning was too great. The (filter) coffee that’s available all morning is undrinkable. The hot water for tea is lukewarm. There’s a wide selection of sweet pastries like croissants, but the rolls and bread were usually tough.
You always had to ask for fresh items to be restocked; they didn’t proactively anticipate this on their own.

Un vieux beau fatigué mais belle vue
Pros:

Un très grand hôtel qui a dû être beau (incanto=enchanté ??) mais qui a perdu de sa superbe, complètement décati. Le positif : la vue sur la plaine, la ville blanche d'Ostuni, la mer au fond, le parking. Seule la piscine dans un beau jardin méditerranéen semble rénovée.

Cons:

Chambre petite en très mauvais état: pas de volet en bas de la fenêtre donc nous avons tenté d'obscursir la pièce avec les oreillers, meubles abîmés, rideaux décrochés. Salle de bain minuscule. Buffet pour le déjeuner désastreux mais servi dans une immense salle toute en baie vitrée (seul côté positif).Voiture nécessaire car à l'extérieur

Sono già stato in questo albergo un paio di volte e si conferma sempre un'ottima scelta. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e accogliente. La struttura ha un fascino un po' retrò, ma è tenuta benissimo e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliato.

Très sympa pour une nuit pour visiter

Un hôtel bien perché sur la colline avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée des oliviers ,au calme ,une immense piscine dans un parc bien arboré.Un hôtel ancien avec son charme désuet .à environ 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique.

La vue sur la mer, le calme tout en étant non loin dubcentre historique d Ostuni.

Cons:

Pour le petit déjeuner dans la salle à manger bien que immense avec peu de clients ce jour, il ne nous a pas été proposé de prendre nitre collation en bordure de salle , proche des fenêtres avec vu sur l adriatique. Le personnel nous à cantonné dans un coin entre buffet et porte de cuisine sans vue directe sur la pleine et la mer alors que le paysage est magnifique. Petite faute à mon sens.

Volevo lasciare una recensione positiva per questa struttura, dove il vero valore aggiunto è stato senza dubbio il personale. I ragazzi al ricevimento sono stati bravissimi: mi hanno dato molti consigli utili e il loro entusiasmo è stato davvero piacevole sin dall'arrivo.
​Anche la colazione è stata un'ottima esperienza. Lo staff in sala riesce a farti sentire subito a casa e a tuo agio, il che, unito a un buffet molto ricco e ben rifornito, rende il risveglio perfetto.
​Per quanto riguarda la camera, lo stile è retrò e presenta qualche piccolo difetto, ma sono dettagli che si dimenticano facilmente. Da un lato c'è la disponibilità dello staff che compensa tutto, dall'altro la posizione è incredibile: la vista su Ostuni con il mare in lontananza è talmente bella da far passare in secondo piano ogni altra cosa.
​Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente per l'atmosfera e la cortesia.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé.
Pros:

Hôtel calme très bien situé avec chambre avec balcon offrant une belle vue panoramique sur le centre historique. Très bon accueil. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Grande piscine très propre. Parking privé gratuit.

Cons:

Décor un peu désuet nécessiterait un petit rafraichissement
