La comodidad, instalaciones bien cuidadas, limpieza y personal maravilloso. La piscina estaba muy limpia, te proporcionan toallas sin tener que dejar depósito ni te preguntan nada. Cuando acabas las dejas en un cubo allí mismo y todo súper fácil y cómodo. Hay autobús prácticamente en la puerta para bajar al centro de Granada. Y esta en una ubicación que cuenta con unas vistas magníficas y una zona muy tranquila. En la habitación hay varias almohadas para elegir y en el baño tienen una alfombra antideslizante para la bañera, algo que no había visto nunca en ningún hotel. Fuimos dos noches y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
No me gusto que el día de la salida, antes de dejar la habitación, ya estaban llamando a la puerta para limpiar y teníamos puesto el cartel de no molestar. Nos despertaron y aún faltaban varias horas para la hora del check out

Los.baños arabes, hamman no estaba caliente y precio alto para lo q ofrece
Un poco antiguo falta modernizarlo, me refiero a las habitaciones y equipacion de las mismas
Hotel je bio na super lokaciji, dorucak odlican, kupatilo bas veliko sa kadom i bideom. Kreveti jako udobni i veliki. Taksi do Aalhambre smo platili 8 eura, a iz grada do hotela oko 6 eura.
Nije mi se svidjelo sto su tepisi u sobi, to mi je nehigjenski i sto se dobije samo jedna plahta i deka. Ta plahta se ne moze navuci na deku, a svi znamo da se te deke ne peru poslije svakog gosta, to mi je isto no go za hotel sa 4 zvijezdice.

- No coffee was offered at all, neither in the room nor in the lobby. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.
- The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The hotel is everything expected of a 4 star hotel. Good and clean communication. Our room was comfortable and housekeeping services were flawless. We requested extra pillows and it was granted. The spa is great but the regular water poor was on maintenance.
The staff working in the breakfast room were not very nice by informing that we only had 20 minutes to finished the breakfast. In addition, the concierge service was not effective. We need a taxi and we had no phone service, but the staff just gave us a number to call instead to call the taxi.

Nous avons eu chaud dans la chambre malgré l’activation de ce qui ressemble à une climatisation et nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois par des bruits environnants

Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'hôtel est propre, parking facile à côté et accès rapide à la ville en voiture
Gros problème de clim, ça doit être un enfer en cas de forte chaleur.
Ps : la clim est centralisée pas individuelle, à 27° ça commençait à devenir compliqué, à 32° je n'imagine même pas.
