Mattress springs were weak so sunk in bed
I stayed here twice in the same week, using it as an overnight stop on a long journey from north to south. It’s located just minutes off the M6 and right by the M6 Toll. The hotel sits on the edge of a large retail park with a Brewers Fayre, KFC, McDonald’s, a supermarket, and a supermarket petrol station.
Parking was okay, although a little confusing as there are multiple businesses in the same area with allocated spaces. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and a super-hot, powerful shower (no bath). Everywhere was very clean and in a good state of repair.
There is a small restaurant with a limited menu, but the food was hot, tasty, good value for money, and the restaurant team were super attentive.
Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection—again hot, frequently replenished, and supported by a great team.
My standout was the reception team: lovely welcome, friendly but professional. Well done to James and especially Roxy—one of the friendliest and nicest people I have met at a reception in a long time. A real ambassador for your hotel.

Really annoyed beds where uncomfortable, bathroom tap didn’t stop running all night when I brought this to the attention of the staff I was brushed away and told there was no more rooms. Really disappointed in my stay and would like either a voucher or compensation
