Pros:

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean.

Cons:

Booking.com did not have it stated that the ppol was closed for maintenance and the front desk person stated they had updated Booking.com. The pool was a big reason I picked this hotel.

Affordable hotel with great staff and breakfast
Pros:

Clean place with helpful staff. Breakfast was great—hot proteins and waffles, plus a full oatmeal bar (in addition to the usual hotel breakfast food).
Pool was still under construction.
Room was fine, not in perfect shape, but great for the price. Would stay there again.

You Would Think For Over $300.00+ We Could AT LEAST Get A Microwave In Our Room...... And A Homeless Settlement As A View Out Of Our Window To Our 5th Floor Room ?!?!?! REALLY ?!?!?!?! So....... Day 2 At The Hotel, Rotten Bananas For Breakfast, Inedible "Food" So We Had To Go Out For Breakfast !!!! PAID For Pool Usage, POOL Was Broken And Not In Use !!!!!

THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH ANY HOTEL, EVER !!!!!!

Great value, clean rooms and facilities, very welcoming and close to shopping and food.
Pros:

Always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and there’s no issue finding parking at night.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. As I checked in late and left early I cant comment on any services or location

Cons:

No food or bar area. I needed dinner and had to resort to the tuna pack from the convenience store. Really disappointing I would have had to drive to town to get take out.

Pros:

Employees were wonderful

Cons:

1. Location——-was on a busy street and Young kids raced down the main drag all night long. We were able to change rooms the next night. Still heard some noise, but it was much better. Also I’m OK if they don’t vacuum our room or wipe down the bathroom or shower, but I would hope that I got clean towels every day. We did not. Subpar for Marriott type hotels.
