Не соответствует 5 звездам, дорогой для этого набора услуг
Pros:

Отдыхали с 29 по 31 мая 2026 года.
Отличное расположение, наличие паркинга,замечательные завтраки, есть много безглютеновых блюд. В номере уборка каждый день и смена полотенец. Есть банные халаты.

Cons:

В отеле заявлен Спа и фитнес. Но это неправда. Бассейн не работает и закрыт, спа зона не работает. Сауна есть, но хамам просто ледяной, всего 32 градуса. Из оборудования фитнес зала только беговые дорожки. Бар на крыше с панорамным видом-закрыт. Отель очень старый, номера маленькие. Мы заплатили 365 евро за 2 ночи, отдыхая втроем. И это очень дорого, за этот отель. Те, кто нацелен на отдых с посещением спа и фитнеса получит разочарование.

Cons:

Персонал ! Перед входом злые лица , все перекрыто лентами ! Не работают терминалы - не смог оплатить картой виза / они обвинили мой банк типо у меня проблемы / но я доказал что это не так - ибо вокруг кафе а также в другом отеле карта проходила и я им доказал показав чеки! Им сказать было нечего ! Считаю что у такого уровня сетевого отель не должны быть проблемы с обувной картой visa! Мне повезло что была наличка , а если бы не было???? Подстава просто !

the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was great

Cons:

There are no basic dishes in the breakfasts: there is no possibility to order a freshly fried omelet or fried eggs.
The pool is closed for restoration, there is no one in the massage area.

Osoblje na recepciji, stari ishabani namještaj, ne da im se kuhati esspresso i onda kažu pokvaren aparat za kavu, nekim čudom kasnije proradi

Pros:

Personal war ausgezeichnet gut. Sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück super, nicht zu viel nicht zu wenig Auswahl. Alles top sauber. Für mich bis jetzt der angenehmste Aufenthalt in izmir. Danke!

Lage, Personal, Betten komfortabel

Cons:

Mini Bar kostet extra, find ich persönlich schade, ist aber ein eher Business Hotel keine All inklusive Anlage. Das muss nicht unbedingt für andere negativ sein.

Standen på værelset og øvrige faciliteter. Eksempelvis var poolen lukket, aircon virkede ikke og fitnesscenteret var ikke vedligeholdt i flere år.
