Mövenpick Hotel Izmir

Limited breakfast and horrible service. Servers remind busy in group chats around coffee and tea service and no one will ask for a coffee till you literally go and ask for one. Dirty tables takes forever to clean. Dark dingy room that was I guess is never renovated since the hotel was built. At best it should be rated as a three star hotel, definitely not five. It looks like it surviving on large group of guided tours. Never gain wants to stay at this hotel.

Mövenpick Izmir is strategically Located on Cumhuriyet Blvd and opposite Cumhuriyet Meydani. Niche restaurants are near Meydani vivid area.

Cosy Hotel, classic and modern. Friendly staff, I extend my gratitude to Murat, Samet at check in, Elayda very helpful guest relations, Ilgan at reception, Semra at Dining room. All are welcoming professional and attentive. Maintence staff very attentive quick. They fixed curains so as Housekeeping are professional Rooms are nicely decorated and toilets with nice design.

The only thing need to be improved at rooms water pressure for sink and shower, maybe our room only not all hotels rooms so I cannot generalise room #903. The shade curtains I recommend to be upgraded to electrical rather than manual. There is a Dining room on 9th floor that need to be separated from rooms at least for its accessibility enterance. So no odours are in hallway.

Hotel has a nice Icecream by Mövenpick must tey it..The Hotel is a great hotel that I strongly recommend to anyone visiting Izmir.

Otel temiz ve konumu çok güzeldi. Çalışanları gayet ilgiliydi.

This is a nice hotel, clean and close to walking areas around Alsancak.. A little too pricey - not sure that the price is justified.

Will never go back there

Hersey çok güzeldi. Calisanlar da çok güleryüzlüydü.

The staff was amazing. They all have done their best in terms of hospitality.

The hotel conditions are pretty bad. The rooms, stains in carpets, cracks in bathrooms, not properly placed tap misplacements.

Except for the beautiful staff, I would recommend SwissHotel Efes.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. The restaurant is very good. The swimming pool was not working though and was a challenge for our long stay with the family.

Mukemmel

Otel biraz eski kalmis, odalarda espresso makinasi olsa iyi olurdu, odadaki sus perdeleri kornise uclari sabitlenmeden takilmis, cekince yere dusuyor.
Banyodaki malzemeler yetersiz, cok az urun var...

Otelin konumu çok iyi, kapıdan girdiğimiz andan itibaren tüm çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Aracımızı almak için gelen Demircan bey oğlumun yolda düşürdüğü ve araç içinde bulamadığımız kulaklığı aradı, buldu ve teslim etti. Saatlerce araba kullandıktan sonra onun desteği ilaç gibi geldi gerçekten .
Otel yenilenmiş, oda ve yataklar çok konforlu. Ekibin ilgisi ve yardımseverliği gönlümüzü fethetti, çoook teşekkürler ❤️

Although the Pool of the hotel closed since two years but on the hotel details still not mentioned . Spa very dirty and unattended

das war unsere beste Reise nach Izmir. bessere als diese Hotel gibt es nicht. erst möchte ich danke zu Personal sagen, die waren sehr freundlich und nett zu Gäste. sehr behilflich und rund die Uhr war eine Person als security im Eingang und eine Person für Gepäck zu tragen zum Zimmer. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, leider haben wir Letze Abend das entdeckt, wenn wir gewusst hätte das essen im Izmir sehr schlecht ist, hätten wir nur im Hotel essen wollen.

Otel çalışanları çok iyiydi oda temizdi ancak kaldıgımız oda çok eskiydi. Duvarlar perdeler kokuyordu Klima ses çıkarıyordu ve toz üflüyordu. Çocugumuz oldugu için doğru düzgün cam da açamadık.

05-06 Haziran tarihlerinde Mövenpick Hotel İzmir’de konakladım ancak ne yazık ki beklentimin çok altında bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel dışarıdan temiz görünse de oda havasız, ağır kokulu ve oldukça bakımsızdı. Eşyalar eski, çarşaflar lekeli, perdeler tozlu, halılar kirliydi. Cam tam açılmadığı için odayı havalandırmak mümkün değildi. Klima ise hem soğutmuyor hem de çalışırken kötü koku yayıyordu, bakımının yapılmadığı çok belliydi.

Geç saatte ve yorgun şekilde giriş yapmamış olsaydım asla kalmazdım. Geceyi öksürük kriziyle geçirdim ve sabahı beklemeden otelden ayrıldım. Durumu resepsiyona ilettiğimde “bir sonraki konaklamanızda indirim yaparız” gibi ilgisiz bir yanıt aldım. Sizce tekrar kalır mıyım?

Geçtiğimiz yıl Frankfurt’taki Mövenpick’te kalmıştım, orası eski ama tertemizdi. Temizlik her şeydir. İzmir’deki şube ne yazık ki bu konuda sınıfta kaldı. Ayrıca otelin kendi otoparkı yok, aracı başka bir sokaktaki otoparka bırakıyorlar.

Personel güler yüzlüydü, ancak bu, odalardaki olumsuzlukları maalesef telafi etmiyor.

Tek kötü detay oda çok toz kokuyordu onu dışında hizmet gayet iyiydi
