Heerlijk verzorgd hotel, maar de buurt voor vrouwen alleen 's avonds niet prettig
Pros:

Heerlijke lichte, rustige kamer met alles perfect, smaakvol en handig ingericht, prima verlichting en badkamer, zelfs decafe Nescafe aanwezig. Het ontbijt geweldig en heel verzorgd.

Cons:

Als vrouw alleen is het raadzaam voor het donker in het hotel te zijn. Bed te hard en op tv alleen Franse zenders

La chambre et la salle d'eau

Le quartier est un peu chose si on rentre tard.
La télé fonctionne de manière saccadée. Il n'y a pas assez de débit.

Cons:

As others have mentioned the surrounding neighbourhood is a little sketchy though the walk to Gare du Nord was fine in daytime, I’m glad I uberred from airport to the hotel on my way in

Lovely small hotel that offers excellent service!
Pros:

The staff , cleanliness, breakfast were super. It is located close to Metro for ease of travel around the city, and it was surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

I did ask for a bath which would have made my 5 night stay so much better for my feet and legs after all that walking. The area walking from Gare du Nord is a little intimidating, but there were no problems at all.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The rooms were nice, very clean and with comfortable beds. The people working there were all great - super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was really good value for money.

Cons:

Location/neighbourhood wasn’t best for us.

Het hotel is recent vernieuwd, het buffet ontbijt aan 15 EUR is OK en de metro op 150 meter !
Pros:

Alles is nieuw en werkt.

Cons:

De locatie is ten noorden van Paris Nord in een rare buurt. Het hotel vroeg 10 EUR om bij uitchecken de valies enkele uren te laten staan!

Agréable moment. Bon choix
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Métro à proximité Personnel accueillant. Chambre confortable et propre. Bon standing. Rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Petit déjeuner excellent. Possibilité de fumer dans la cour intérieure.

good value Paris bolt hole
Pros:

the hotel is in the same district as the train station , about a 10 minute walk . the hotel is absolutely fine for a Paris stay , with the centre a bus ride away which costs 2 euros each way . the breakfast was good. rooms were small but not surprising for the price. the hotel is good value . we requested a top floor room which was quiet. the area around the hotel has a lot of immigrants / homeless people which some may find intimidating. We didnt see any problems or issues with them and locals just went about their daily routine as if they werent there.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Nice veiw. Near metro and Gard du Nord. Near cheap eating places.
Easy access to sights by walking or metro.
Soem street noise during evening but it goes quiet around 11pm so i didnt find it an issue.
2ns time I have stayed and would return.
