It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It smelled good at lobby and lobby was clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The toilet bowl in room 2011 had fresh rust colored stains which I had to remove and rust stains which could not be removed. It needs to be changed. Also, our bidet caused a flood in the bathroom. Our request to fix bidet was attended to right away. I commend RICO, your staff who fixed it. He was very respectful and informed me before each move he did.

A good stay in 28th floor
Pros:

A good hotel in good locality. Had stayed in one bedroom apartment type. One kitchen, hall and room. Spacious room.

Overall, the stay was positive, particularly in terms of cleanliness, staff service and location.
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed comfort was decent. Staff were professional and hospitable, and housekeeping was very responsive. The location is a big plus — it’s within walking distance of Greenbelt Mall and many restaurants, which makes it very convenient.

Cons:

The spiral parking ramp is very narrow and steep, making it challenging to drive both up and down. If you’re not extremely careful, you could easily scrape the side of your car against the wall.

Pros:

It is near Greenbelt, a big mall with all choices of foods; downstairs there's a Lawson where they have a big collection of instant noodles; the supermarket is farther than the above 2 though.

Cons:

The breakfast is rather simple, but good enough for me for a quick bite with eggs and fruits. The smell from egg corner is a bit obvious though.
