The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed comfort was decent. Staff were professional and hospitable, and housekeeping was very responsive. The location is a big plus — it’s within walking distance of Greenbelt Mall and many restaurants, which makes it very convenient.
The spiral parking ramp is very narrow and steep, making it challenging to drive both up and down. If you’re not extremely careful, you could easily scrape the side of your car against the wall.
It is near Greenbelt, a big mall with all choices of foods; downstairs there's a Lawson where they have a big collection of instant noodles; the supermarket is farther than the above 2 though.
The breakfast is rather simple, but good enough for me for a quick bite with eggs and fruits. The smell from egg corner is a bit obvious though.

Great Gym in the building
The room was lovely and comfy but mine was quite worn. 10 years ago this may have been a 5 star hotel but the room hasn't aged well. Some badly repaired patches on the wall, in the bath, worn carpets, older bedside tables etc.
It was lovely, no complaints but definitely not worth the price that I was charged for it in comparison to a lot of places I stayed in the Philippines.

the dress code as there wasn't one for public areas such as the restaurant. people attended the breakfast in dressing gowns, pyjamas and inappropriate clothes. The hotel needs to address this issue. Also there were almost no healthy food options at breakfast which was a shame.
The location is convenient.
This hotel is old and needs maintenance. Small things like curtains that don't close, a shower that takes 10 minutes to warm up, an elevator not working, make for a less than satisfactory stay.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Deluxe and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. It worked really well for our family and gave everyone enough space to unwind. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection to start the day.
The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and professional, which really added to the experience. The gym was well-equipped and had everything we needed to keep up with our workout routine, and we enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean and relaxing.
One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s fantastic — just a 10-minute walk to Greenbelt, Landmark, and Glorietta, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The area also felt safe to walk around in, even with kids.
Overall, Somerset Millennium Makati delivered a comfortable, smooth stay with solid amenities and a prime location. Some areas could use a little refresh, but the service, convenience, and space make it a great option for families and longer stays in Makati.
I contacted the hotel in advance to request gluten free options for breakfast but these were not available on our first morning. The staff did their best to accommodate this but I feel the information was not provided to the appropriate people prior to our arrival
